S 09-30-1899 Charles Hidding and family moved to farm Mr. Hidding recently bought in town of Paris.
S 09-30-1899 W. O. Allen, night operator at Central depot, to occupy residence to be vacated by F. W. Leiendecker. S 10/14/1899 - Leiendeckers moved from Rewald residence to Brown's Lake home.
S 10-07-1899 Mrs. J. Melcher moved part of residence, which stood just north of Milwaukee railroad tracks, across road; added new verandas, windows, etc. (House relocation)
S 10-07-1899 Lillian B. Mather and Michael May, married Oct. 3, to live in Miller residence on corner of Reynolds ave. and Kendall st.
S 10-14-1899 Alois Grossman and family moved to new home in Weiler's addition.
S 10-14-1899 Mrs. A. Patterson sold farm near Fox River Station to Frank Swarts / Schwartz of Brighton. S 2/10/1900 - Mrs. Patterson to have auction.
F 10-18-1899 Mrs. Maginnis bought Henry Katterhagen / Ketterhagen farm of 177 acres on south shore of Brown's Lake.
S 10-21-1899 William Albrecht bought house and lot on James st. from Edwin Wilcox.
S 10-28-1899 Prailes farm of 120 acres, located a mile south of Burlington, will be sold at public auction Nov. 9 to wind up estate. Personal property on farm to be sold the same day.
S 10-28-1899 G. V. Weeks sold farm at Lyons and will move to Burlington. S 11/18/1899 - Weeks bought lot in Lyons and will build residence there.
S 10-21-1899 John P. Runkel and wife moved to their residence in Perkins Park.

S 11-04-1899 134 acre farm of Harrison Doud estate, 2 miles south of Burlington, to be auctioned Nov. 15.
S 11-11-1899 Ben Holmes bought Fay property at foreclosure.
S 11-11-1899 Prailes farm south of Milwaukee depot sold at auction last Thursday by heirs of estate. Sylvester Prailes, one of heirs, bid it in for $6005. Also in F 11/15/1899.
S 11-11-1899 E. J. O'Leary and family moved to new residence on Conkey st.
S 11-11-1899 W. F. Albrecht and wife moved to residence they recently bought on James st.
S 11-11-1899 Steam heating plant being put in residence of F. G. Klein.

S 11-18-1899 Lincoln Ice Co. (J. F. Maginnis and C. J. Schmidt, representatives) bought Fred Uhen farm of 100 acres. Land, next to Ketterhagen farm, needed for sidetrack purposes. Also in F 11/22/1899.
S 11-18-1899 John Waters decided not to rent Christian Rasch farm, so farm is still for rent.
