S 01-13-1900 Emil Richter residence in Perkins Park burned. F 1/24/1900 & S 1/27/1900 - Richter building new residence.
S 01-20-1900 W. G. Rasch bought Mrs. E. Diener residence in Perkins Park. F 1/31/1900 - occupying new home on Kane st. S 2/3/1900 - W. G. Rasch and wife moved to residence they recently bought.
S 01-20-1900 George Hall moved to Pettibone residence on Liberty st.; sold farm in town of Bloomfield. F 5/23/1900 - Hall family moved from Pettibone residence to Elkhorn.
S 01-20-1900 John Weinzinger sold 20 acres near St. Paul depot to Mr. Longmore of Lake Geneva.
S 01-20-1900 Anthony Novak bought 80 acre farm just west of Burlington from John Strohn / Strohm.
S 01-27-1900 H. R. Hall and wife moved to Chicago.
S 01-27-1900 William Rasch place on McHenry st. for rent.
S 01-27-1900 Eight room house on Amanda st. for rent. Inquire of Mrs. Henry Klein.
S 02-03-1900 Rev. T. Jacobs advertises brick residence on the corner of Geneva and Johnson sts. for sale at auction - late John Hegeman property now occupied by Dick Kelly. Also in F 2/7/1900. S 2/10/1900 - House sold to Richard Kelly. S 2/17/1900 - Last week in error, property was bid in by Rev. T. Jacobs. Photo - S 2/17/66.
S 02-03-1900 Henry Ketterhagen building residence on lot bought from Paul Zerneke in Perkins Park.
S 02-03-1900 Henry Henning, who worked the McCanna farm just east of Burlington for several years, moved to Voss farm near Bowers, which he recently bought.
S 02-03-1900 William Dammeier and family moved from Honey Creek to Nims house on Pine st.
S 02-03-1900 Diener family occupying the Patterson residence at present.
S 02-03-1900 Contract made for cement walks which will nearly surround block owned by Henry Rewald and Henry Plate.
F 02-07-1900 Barney Wentker advertises 8-room house and lot with barn on Randolph st. for sale.
F 02-07-1900 H. J. Hegeman bought 40 acres a couple of miles from Burlington from John Hegeman estate. S 2/3/1900 - land in section 4 was part of his father, John's, estate.
S 02-10-1900 Joe Mascha, who lived near St. Paul depot, leased Breuckman farm south of Burlington, which was vacated by Frank Kuhn.
S 02-10-1900 For rent: house and barn with nearly 4 acres near St. Paul depot.
S 02-10-1900 S. Prailes of Vienna advertises 120 acre farm 40 rods south of St. Paul depot for rent. Also in F 3/21/1900.
F 02-14-1900 W. L. Longmore, who has been living in H. Konst's residence near water tower, bought house and 2 lots in Perkins Park from W. M. Rossmiller; Longmore also bought 20 acres near St. Paul depot from John Weinzinger. S 2/17/1900 - Longmore bought 2 lots in Perkins Park.
F 02-14-1900 John Batchelet farm sold.
F 02-14-1900 W. Ziebell bought Otto C. Schultz residence on S. Pine st.; G. H. Rosenhauer, Ziebell's son-in-law, to occupy. S 2/17/1900 - the brick residence is now occupied by M. S. Huntington.
S 02-17-1900 C. W. Diener bought lot on Kane st., nearly opposite W. G. Rasch residence, of C. D. Norton of Chicago. Also in F 2/14/1900.
S 02-17-1900 Valentine Ganz rented William Moore farm at Brown's lake. Also, Moore and Wolski to auction personal property.
S 02-17-1900 Mr. & Mrs. John Trimberger to live on Joseph Yanny farm.
