S 06-10-1899 Miss Clara Keuper bought lot adjoining Bohner's lake from Frank Grass.
S 06-10-1899 William Brodda building new residence in Weiler subdivision. Also in F 6/14/1899.
S 06-10-1899 Mrs. J. McDonald and family moved to Milwaukee; son Ollie helped in move.
S 06-10-1899 L. H. Noble and family moved from Dover farm to farm in town of Burlington.
F 06-14-1899 W. K. Bushnell is remodeling and improving his residence 1 mile southeast of Burlington.
S 06-17-1899 E. J. O'Leary, Hillside blacksmith, bought lot on Conkey st. from George Prout; will build residence.
S 07-08-1899 Ralph E. Smith bought lake property from Fred Uhen; will build summer residence. S 8/12/1899 - Ralph Smith building summer residence at Brown's lake.
S 07-08-1899 F. W. Leiendecker is rebuilding his residence on Brown's lake; new foundation to be some 3 feet higher than former one and be of home granite. S 9/30/1899 - new residence about completed.
S 07-08-1899 Mathew Jones's barn and contents burned July 3 after being struck by lightning.

S 08-19-1899 Ben Dardis, father of H. G. Dardis, bought Frank Bachmyer residence on Reynolds ave. Dardis and daughter, Mrs. Thayer, and family to occupy residence.
S 09-02-1899 Adolf Vos hauling lumber for new residence on farm; Ben Rothering to build house.
S 09-02-1899 Barn fire at Henry Koenke residence on east side of Fox river.
S 09-09-1899 Home Lumber Co. bought house and lot of John Miller near its lumber yard. (1897 Directory showed Miller at 309 Water st.)
