S 01-12-1901 Charles Zimmermann leased and moved to A. Kipp residence on Randolph st.
S 01-12-1901 Joseph Althoff sold farm 1 mile southeast of Lyons and 4 miles west of Burlington.
S 01-19-1901 Charles Beller moved to his residence in Perkins South Park.
S 01-26-1901 Alex Cook bought Harrison Dowd / Doud farm of 130 acres.
S 02-02-1901 Mrs. Kate Sutten / Sutton bought August Zernecke / Zerneke residence on Lewis st. F 1/30/01 - Zarneke.
S 02-02-1901 William J. Strohm to have auction sale of personal property on Strohm farm 1-1/2 miles northeast of Burlington on Vienna road.
S 02-09-1901 Carl Schmitt moved household goods and family to Tomah.
S 02-09-1901 Ole Oleson rented John Karcher farm and will occupy it after March 1, when Will Karges and family move to Tomah.
S 02-23-1901 Mr. & Mrs. John W. VandeSand to go to housekeeping on the Crawford farm northwest of the city, which they have leased for a term of years.

S 04-13-1901 Herman Cook (Koch) bought Willis Wilcox residence on James st. S 4/20/01 - Gilbert Buttles leased Wilcox residence from Cook. S 12/7/01 - Mr. & Mrs. Herman Koch to live in James st. residence Koch bought some time ago.
S 04-13-1901 William L. Stowell bought 100 acres of Sabin Halsey farm on Spring Prairie.
