F 04-11-1900 W. J. Finke built new front porch to his residence on McHenry st. S 4/14/1900 - veranda.
F 04-11-1900 Mrs. Martin moved to part of Mrs. A. P. Coombs residence on Lewis st. S 4/7/1900 - Mrs. Martin and Miss Gertie Martin.
F 04-11-1900 George Campbell to occupy part of house on Lewis st. vacated by Mrs. Martin. Also in S 4/7/1900.
S 04-14-1900 8 room house for rent one block east of Fox river bridge; inquire of M. Stipe.
F 04-18-1900 Carl Vohs bought from Emanuel Gumb the property in Perkins Park occupied by Dr. H. H. Newbury. Possession in fall. Also in S 4/21/1900.

F 04-25-1900 Emery Brown bought 160 acres of Rev. Sabin Halsey farm. S 4/21/1900 - formerly known as Buell or Wellauer farm, now leased by Charles Hoffmann.
F 05-02-1900 Joseph A. Rueter has building occupied by him as a carpenter shop on Conkey st. moved to lot next to his residence on Jefferson st. (Became Hose Co. No. 2 quarters.) (Building relocation)
F 05-02-1900 Fred Rewald leased new house he is building on Kendall st. to L. L. Owen. Also in S 4/28/1900.
F 05-02-1900 Jacob Wien rented E. S. Voorhees house on Dyer st. just north of L. O. Webber's and will move family in this week.
S 05-05-1900 John C. Smolensky, Jr., and wife go to Chicago to make future home. Mrs. Smolensky had been in charge of music at St. Mary's.
F 05-09-1900 L. H. Rohr and family expect to soon move to Mrs. L. A. Pettibone's residence on Liberty st. Also in 5/19/1900. F 5/23/1900 - Rohrs moved in. George Hall and family moved to Elkhorn.
F 05-09-1900 Mr. & Mrs. Arthur McKercher to live at 315 Geneva st.

S 05-19-1900 Louis Smithers bought W. M. Emmons residence on corner of Lewis & Origen sts. Also in F 5/23/1900. F 7/18/1900 - Smithers offers residence for sale.
S 05-26-1900 House from lot just south of Condensed Milk factory moved to land north of E. Chestnut st. near White River bridge. F 5/30/1900 - Wisconsin Condensed Milk Co. bought dwelling house just south of its factory and moved it to north side of Chestnut st. near the Fox (?) River bridge. (House relocation)
F 05-30-1900 Andrew Haas building new bay window at his house on Dodge st. Also in S 5/19/1900.
F 05-30-1900 W. G. Rasch installed fountain on his property on Kane st. Also in S 6/2/1900.
F 05-30-1900 R. E. Smith completed new summer cottage at Brown's lake to replace the one that burned down last fall.
