S 09-07-1901 Henry Henning sold farm at Bowers; bought John Kane house and 2 acres near Jahns park.
S 09-07-1901 Charles Vohs, Sr., and wife moved to residence in Perkins Park they recently bought, which had been occupied by Dr. H. H. Newbury.
S 09-14-1901 John Harm building addition to his residence on N. Chestnut st.
S 09-21-1901 Charles Zoske exchanged some of his residential property in Burlington for a grocery store in Milwaukee.
S 09-21-1901 F. Schemmer to build residence on one of his lots in Schemmer's addition.
F 09-18-1901 Joseph Ehlen building new residence on old Hawks farm between Burlington and Lyons. Joseph A. Rueter has the contract. Also in S 9/21/01.
S 09-21-1901 Bert Newbury building a new residence on N. Chestnut st. S 10/5/01 - frame up.
S 09-21-1901 A. Zwiebel, Sr., is building a residence on N. Pine st. next to Jerome Mutchler; to be occupied by Mike May when completed. Also in F 9/25/01. S 10/5/01 - frame up and enclosed.
S 09-21-1901 John Gallagher, Wisconsin Central flagman at Chestnut st. crossing, moved family from Camp Lake to new Mutchler residence on Pine st.
S 09-21-1901 George Ward of Bowers leased Mrs. J. Gill's residence on Tower st. and will move family Oct. 1.
S 09-21-1901 Mary Ann Leach bought Mrs. N. M. Clark residence in Perkins North Park. Mrs. Clark to move to Union Grove. F 10/2/01 and S 10/5/01 - Mrs. Clark moved to Union Grove.
F 09-25-1901 George Meadows building new residence on Dyer st. Also in S 9/28/01.
S 09-28-1901 Charles Kleinkopf bought of Mrs. Jacob Muth the property known as the Jacob Muth estate on east side of Fox river and moved into the residence. Henry Hoernemann to continue grocery and saloon business until lease expires next year.
S 09-28-1901 Mrs. Jacob Muth and Mrs. S. A. Hoffmann moved to Milwaukee.
F 10-02-1901 Frank M. Roberts to move to residence vacated by Charles Fuller on Geneva st. Also in S 10/5/01. S 10/19/01 - Roberts moved to Fraser residence on Geneva st.
F 10-02-1901 Orrin Longley moved from Beaumont to Burlington.
S 10-05-1901 William Kresken bought residence on Liberty st. owned by Mrs. Catherine Roos, of Chicago.
S 10-05-1901 Ole Heg and wife leased Noble cottage on Lewis st. and moved in.
S 10-05-1901 Louis Kufalk building new residence in Perkins Park.
S 10-05-1901 Frank VandeSand is building a new barn for George Armour.
S 10-05-1901 Carl Zelke offers house and lot on east side of White river for rent.
F 10-09-1901 H. W. Lawton's new residence on Pine st. nearly ready for occupancy. S 10/5/01 - nearing completion; cement walks and grading finished.
F 10-09-1901 Jeanette Cooper bought 3 lots on Kane st. north of Mrs. E. Diener's residence from Charles D. Norton. Also in S 10/12/01.
F 10-09-1901 W. G. Sproat and family to move to residence vacated by Frank M. Roberts. Also in S 10/5/01. S 10/19/01 - Sproat family moved to Dr. Fulton residence on corner of Washington & Dodge st.
F 10-09-1901 L. L. Owen and family to occupy residence vacated by W. G. Sproat. Also in S 10/5/01.
