S 06-15-1901 W. F. Worth of Wheatland bought 10 acres, residence, and barn just west of Burlington, known as the Chris Kees place, from Michael Schubsky. Worth to raise chickens on large scale. S 6/29/01 - Michael Schubski and family moved to northern Wisconsin. Worth making house improvements.
S 06-22-1901 E. E. Wright bought 3 lots just east of A. Helfrich from Chris. Runzler.
S 06-22-1901 W. S. Bunker and J. C. Yonk rented residence now occupied by J. M Turner; immediate possession.
S 06-22-1901 Mrs. Elizabeth Swan leased and moved to rooms in A. F. Ransom residence.
S 06-29-1901 Miss Louisa Smith - new cement walk around residence on corner of Liberty & Randolph sts.
