F 04-09-1902 John Hinzpeter bought one lot of old Biersbach property on east side of Fox river from J. H. Hoelz. Also in S 4/12/02 - expects to build residence. F 9/23/02 - fronts on Jefferson st.
S 04-12-1902 W. S. Bunker leased Cocroft residence on Kendall st.
S 04-12-1902 George Campbell and family moved to Nims residence on S. Pine st.
S 04-12-1902 Ed Pendergast moved from east side of Fox river to Mrs. H. Rothering residence on Geneva st. next to O'Leary's blacksmith shop.
F 04-16-1902 William Kresken building new house on Liberty st. Also in S 4/12/02.
F 04-16-1902 Charles Koehler bought Sutton house on Lewis st.
S 04-19-1902 John Hinzpeter and wife moved from Bloomfield to Forrest house on Conkey st. until they build residence.
S 04-19-1902 John M. Schroeder and family moved to Mrs. Ward residence on corner of Kendall & Lewis st.
S 04-26-1902 H. Madigan to build new residence on Kane st.
S 04-26-1902 Mrs. Henry A. Runkel bought 2 lots on Duane st. from Mrs. Florence Cooper Hall. The lots are just west of H. Madigan's property.
S 04-26-1902 August Bulgrin bought lot adjoining the Heiligenthal property on Jefferson st. from J. H. Holtz. John Hinzpeter bought the corner lot. F 4/23/02 - Bulgrin lot adjoins Hinzpeter lot on east.
S 04-26-1902 F. B. Stohr / Stoehr bought James T. Edmonds property on Pine st. Plans to rent out property.
S 05-03-1902 Mrs. Waller and daughter moved from Mrs. J. B. Buell residence (later 592 Lewis st.) to their Rochester home. Mrs. Buell and Hattie returned from wintering in Hammond, La.
S 05-10-1902 O. T. Cady building cottage on his lot at Bohner's lake.
S 05-10-1902 James A. Bienemann remodeling house on farm and adding a new part.
S 05-10-1902 E. C. Benson enlarging his Washington st. residence.
S 05-10-1902 C. G. Foltz building addition to rear of his residence.
S 05-10-1902 Gus Klein / Klaehn recently bought the Cavano farm just west of Burlington.

S 05-24-1902 E. C. Benson bought 160 acres of Ben Kaiser's farm just north of Burlington.
S 05-24-1902 Mr. & Mrs. William H. Wagner to reside in Rittmann home on Washington st.
S 05-24-1902 Mr. & Mrs. William H. Bushman to live in residence on Washington st. that he bought last fall.
S 05-24-1902 Administrator's sale of Frederick S. Perkins lands to be held June 23 - block 69 (SW corner of State & Perkins); various lots in blocks 1, 2, and 3 of Perkins North Park; various lots in blocks 1, 2, 3, and 8 of Perkins South Park; blocks 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 of Perkins South Park; strip of land along entire south side of Origen (now Market) st. in Perkins South Park; strip of land adjoining lot 1, block 1, of Perkins South Park; unsold portions of southwest quarter of section 33 west of Fox river; and strip of land north of mill pond and south of highway in south half of sec. 29.
S 05-31-1902 Ed. Pendergast leased Germann residence on McHenry st. and will move in.
S 06-07-1902 J. Wien leased Charles Beller residence on north side of White river and will move in.
