S 02-08-1902 Ben Rothering residence nearly destroyed by fire last Tuesday.
S 02-08-1902 Ben Lois and Emma Roanhouse, married Feb. 4, to live on Overkamp farm he recently bought.
S 02-08-1902 Meadows residence being built on Dyer st. (George Meadows at 614 Dyer st., 1908-09 Directory).
S 02-15-1902 D. E. Sheldon leased part of Voorhees residence on Jefferson st.; vacated Kleinkopf residence.
S 02-22-1902 E. C. Benson bought from Henry Volbrecht the 80 acre Carl Schulz farm just south of Burlington. F 2/26/02 - John Ketterhagen bought farm. S 3/1/02 - John Ketterhagen, not Benson, was buyer.
S 02-22-1902 C. C. Lovell building home at Brown's Lake. S 3/1/02 - Lovell family moved in.
S 02-22-1902 F. Flood place 4 miles north of Burlington, 1 mile south of Honey Creek, and 4-1/2 miles west of Waterford for sale - 92-1/2 acres.
S 02-22-1902 Fire at Charles Beller farm, 5 miles southeast of Burlington, rented by George Winsall, destroyed corn stacks but not buildings.
S 02-22-1902 John F. Wegge offers 2 lots for sale in Perkins North Park, opposite the Episcopal church.
F 02-26-1902 Charles Beller bought Arndt property on east side of White river occupied by John F. Wegge. Also in S 2/22/02.
S 03-01-1902 Theodore Willich leased Joseph Jacobs farm southeast of Burlington. Jacobs and wife to move to Burlington. Willich was on Wegge farm for several years. S 3/8/02 - Joseph Jacobs rented out farm and will have auction.
S 03-01-1902 Charles Zielke / Zelke offers house on north side of White river for rent.
S 03-01-1902 B. E. Walter leased Micklish residence on Conkey st. and will move family from Milwaukee.
S 03-01-1902 John Hinzpeter bought Dennis Forrest residence property on Conkey st. and will move in. F 3/5/02 - now occupied by Arthur Littlefield. F 3/26/02 - deal falls through. S 4/19/02 - Hinzpeter and family moved to Forrest home until they can build a new residence.
S 03-01-1902 O. O. Storle offers about 14 acres with 2 story, 10 room residence for sale. Also in F 3/12/02 and other issues.
F 03-05-1902 Charles Fuller and family moved to Kleinkopf house on Jefferson st.
F 03-05-1902 L. A. Reuschlein bought vacant lot on Chestnut st. just west of S. Roscowitz's from H. Wagner, Jr. Also in S 3/1/02.
S 03-08-1902 Kemptner residence on east side of Fox river for rent.
S 03-08-1902 Mrs. George Fay moved to Kinzle residence on Conkey st.
S 03-08-1902 Henry Ketterhagen bought 120 acres of Hugh and Fred Cooper's farm on High Street, Waterford. Also, Ketterhagen now owns 330 acres.
S 03-08-1902 John F. Wegge to move to farm northeast of Burlington.
S 03-08-1902 George Meadows and wife moved from Lyons to Nims residence until their new residence on Dyer st. is ready.
S 03-08-1902 James Edwards leased Zielke / Zelke residence on north side of White river and will move in. S 3/15/02 - Edwards leased farm at Dover to son.
S 03-08-1902 Valentine Ganz moved from Moore farm at Brown's lake to Perkins farm at Spring Prairie vacated by Herman Koehn.
F 03-12-1902 Mrs. Kate Sutton bought Archibold / Archibald residence on corner of Chestnut & Origen sts. near the Blanket Factory. Occupied by J. C. Yonk and W. S. Bunker families. S 3/8/02 - Archibald residence in Morris Addition.
