F 04-22-1903 William Rosenbergs to move to one of new Lawton residences on Pine st. George May to occupy the other when completed. John Gallagher to move to rooms in the Schroeder block heretofore occupied by William Rosenberg and family. S 4/25/03 - John Galloway and family moved from Mutchler residence to Schroeder block. Jerome Mutchler and family to move to own residence.
F 04-22-1903 The Wehmhoff residence on West & Washington sts., occupied for so many years by Nic Gill and family, is rented by Frank Fridel / Friedl and wife, parents of Mrs. James Sweeney. S 4/25/03 - Frank Friedl and wife moved to Wehmhoff residence on corner of Washington & West sts.
F 04-22-1903 Henry Erdley bought Gott property west of city at partition sale. S 4/25/03 - Erdly and wife to occupy the property just west of Burlington. F 4/29/03 - Erdley to occupy E. L. Gott property. S 5/16/03 - Erdly and wife moved to home just west of Burlington.
F 04-22-1903 Jerome Mutchler moved from over store to his residence on Pine st. vacated by John Gallagher.
F 04-22-1903 A. Zwiebel, Sr., advertises for rent the house recently occupied by A. H. Littlefield.
S 04-25-1903 Frank Prailes building barn, 16 x 24, on his lot on McHenry st.
F 04-29-1903 Frank Baen of Waukegan, Ill., moved to the Zwiebel residence on Chestnut st. recently vacated by A. H. Littlefield. S 5/2/03 - Zwiebel cottage on N. Chestnut st.
F 04-29-1903 L. L. Owen sold two lots on Kane st. to James McDonald. Also in S 5/2/03.
F 04-29-1903 W. E. Bell bought lot on corner of Edward & Frederick sts. from E. D. Walsh. Also in S 5/2/03 - Bell to build residence. F 5/27/03 - Bell building new residence. F 11/25/03 - New Bell residence ready for occupancy in a couple of weeks. F 4/6/04 - W. E. Bell and family to move to new house in Perkins Park. (1914 Directory shows W. E. Bell at 422 Edward st.)
F 04-29-1903 Charles Beller and family occupying his residence on north side of White river. S 4/25/03 - moved from rooms over his place of business.
F 04-29-1903 Miss Maggie Wilson moved to part of Charles Koehler's residence on Lewis st. Also in S 5/2/03.
S 05-02-1903 Louis H. Rohr bought from R. P. Parker of Chicago the property on Kane st. popularly known as the Devereux property. F 4/29/03 - Occupied by C. E. Clench; Mr. Rohr and family will move in next month. F 6/17/03 - Rohr making improvements. F 7/1/03 - Rohrs moved in. Also in S 7/4/03.
S 05-02-1903 Mrs. Florence Cooper Hall sold her residence property on the corner of Geneva and Dyer sts. to Rev. Theodore Jacobs, for $5,900. Also in F 4/29/03. Rev. Jacobs planning to use the property for a hospital.
S 05-02-1903 J. G. Alby and family moved from Waterford to Burlington and occupy the Leber residence. F 5/6/03 - Leber residence on Pine st.
S 05-02-1903 Miss M. E. Hewitt and Mrs. L. Drake moved to rooms in Benson residence on Washington st.
S 05-02-1903 William F. Gill adding veranda to residence.
F 05-06-1903 Thomas Hartnett occupying part of Mrs. Arnold's residence on Chestnut st. S 5/9/03 - Hartnett and family.
F 05-06-1903 John Schroeder and family moved to new house on Kendall st. S 4/25/03 - residence being painted.
S 05-09-1903 George May moved to one of Lawton cottages on Pine st.
S 05-09-1903 W. H. Bushman having William Rothering build 3 new cottages in Second Ward.
F 05-13-1903 Mrs. Florence C. Hall to build a summer cottage at Hall's Point, Brown's Lake.

F 05-13-1903 Henry Erdley sold residence property on Origen st. to Charles Ide; O. Jackson rented the residence. S 5/16/03 - Charles Jackson, in Erdly residence on Origen st., offers piano tuning and repair service.
