F 12-10-1902 Charles Mather bought 3 lots on lower Pine st. from Edward Brook / Brooks; lots adjoin the property now occupied by Mr. Mather. S 12/13/02 - S. Pine st.
F 12-10-1902 William H. Bushman bought the Mary Russell property on the corner of Jefferson & Johnson sts. - lot and a half adjoining Mr. Bushman's property on the south. Also in S 12/6/02.
S 12-13-1902 Dr. & Mrs. Frank Fordyce Newell to live in Wilbur (Fraser) residence.
S 12-13-1902 J. S. Gleason and wife moved from Lyons farm to home of son, C. L., on Chestnut st.
F 12-17-1902 John Heiligenthal bought 9 lots in Weiler's addition, will build new residence. Also in S 12/13/02.
S 12-20-1902 August Zabler bought Christian Oldenburg farm.
S 12-20-1902 Chris Strohm and wife moved to new residence on east side of Fox river.
S 12-27-1902 Flood farm of 92-1/2 acres, 1 mile south of Honey Creek, 4-1/2 miles north of Burlington, and 4 miles west of Waterford for sale.
