S 02-21-1903 Bruno Baumann bought N. S. Prailes farm of 159 acres near Vienna. Also in F 2/25/03. S 2/28/03 - Bauman. F 3/11/03 - farm is 3-1/2 miles northwest of Burlington and ?-1/2 mile south of Vienna. S 4/25/03 & F 4/29/03 - B. J. Baumann and Emma Reesman married; moved to farm.
S 02-21-1903 John A. Rueter bought 5 acres from Nic Weiler; tract adjoins Rueter's present property on the north.
S 02-21-1903 Chris Oldenburg sold farm 4 miles north of Burlington and 4 miles southwest of Rochester; to have auction.
F 02-25-1903 N. S. Prailes to move to old homestead south of Milwaukee depot. Also in S 2/21/03.
S 02-28-1903 George W. Taylor leased A. C. Schmitt residence on Reynolds ave.
S 02-28-1903 Mrs. Kate Sutton to occupy her residence on Chestnut st. when vacated by George W. Taylor.
F 03-04-1903 Mr. & Mrs. H. E. Dahlman expect to occupy their new residence this week west of the city that has just been completed. S 3/7/03 - Dahlmans moved in Monday, March 2.
F 03-04-1903 Finke house on corner of Dyer & Jefferson sts. being fixed up for occupancy by William B. Finke. S 3/7/03 - house vacated by William G. Finke; William B. Finke and family will move there.

S 03-21-1903 Charles Tindall bought from Mrs.Florence Cooper Hall what is known as the Dr. Cooper residence on West st. Also in F 3/18/03.
S 03-21-1903 John Eckert, Jr., leased father's farm.
S 03-21-1903 John Eckert bought from C. F. Aldrich the Alma M. Aldrich residence on Dyer st. Also in F 3/25/03. S 6/13/03 & F 6/17/03 - Eckerts moved in; John Eckert, Sr.
F 03-25-1903 Nic Arnold property on S. Pine st. sold by heirs to Mrs. F. W. Damrow. Also in S 3/28/03 - Occupants, Joe Reuschlein and wife, to move to rooms in Mrs. L. Ward residence now occupied by John M. Schroeder when Schroeder moves to his new residence.
