F 05-20-1903 J. H. Uhen putting down a cement walk around his property on corner of Geneva & Lewis sts.
S 12-21-1901 Delos Palmer, superintendent of new tin can factory, moved family to residence on Reynolds ave. recently sold by C. L. Wilcox to Alois J. Schmitt.
S 12-21-1901 C. C. Lovell bought 2 more lots at Brown's lake from William Hockings.
S 12-28-1901 H. Madigan bought lot on Kane st. north of Diener residence from Jeanette Cooper.
S 12-28-1901 G. Stradinger, tenant on Hinzpeter farm, leased Charles P. Sawyer farm for coming year.
S 12-28-1901 John Snyder sold farm 5 miles southwest of Burlington and 3 miles southeast of Lyons.
F 01-01-1902 Mrs. E. Leach moved to residence near Episcopal church she recently bought from Mrs. N. M. Clark. S 1/4/02 - Mrs. E. Leach moved from farm at Wheatland to Mrs. C. Clark residence in Perkins North Park that she recently bought.

S 01-18-1902 A. Zwiebel, Jr., bought lot on corner of Dyer & Jefferson from Mrs. Florence Cooper Hall for $950. Also in F 1/15/02.
S 01-18-1902 C. W. Marsland offers residence in Perkins Park for sale.
S 01-25-1902 Dr. George W. Stone bought Benz (Bentz) residence on Amanda st. and will move in. Also in F 1/29/02 - John Bentz property near high school building.

S 01-25-1902 George W. Taylor and family moved from Elkhorn to Burlington.
S 01-25-1902 Joseph Heiligenthal moved from Lyons to farm in southeastern part of town of Burlington he recently bought from his brother, George.
S 01-25-1902 Herman Koehnke, of Wilmot, leased farm south of Burlington from John and Henry Hinzpeter.
F 01-29-1902 Valentine Schneider bought Tim Brennan farm of 40 acres located 2-1/2 miles east of Burlington.
F 01-29-1902 Ed Brierly moved from S. P. Green place north of the mill pond to Chris. Beutling / Beuthling place west of Jahn's park. The Green place is offered for sale or rent. Also in S 1/25/02.
F 02-05-1902 Charles Koehler bought Mrs. Kate Sutton residence on Lewis st. S 2/1/02 - Carl Koehler, brick residence formerly known as Zernecke / Zerneke residence. F 4/16/02 - unable to move as yet.
S 02-08-1902 Fred Prott to have house built this spring.
S 02-08-1902 Albert Kolaschinsky residence on Geneva st. offered for sale.

The Museum, History Research Library, and Pioneer Log Cabin are open Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm or by appointment. Please email to arrange an appointment.
