S 10-31-1903 Dr. C. J. Swan and wife shipped household goods to Athens, Wis.
S 10-31-1903 William M. Moore building new residence on his Brown's lake property. S 12/12/03 - frame up.
S 10-31-1903 Bert Mathews moved to rooms on 2nd floor of J. E. Bartholf residence.
S 10-31-1903 S. A. Wright moved to residence vacated by Bert Mathews.
S 10-31-1903 Mrs. Joseph Klein advertises new 9 room house on Schemmer st. for sale.
S 10-31-1903 Albert C. Wald and Ida M. Rasch, married Oct. 28, to live on Rasch farm.
S 11-07-1903 Fred Jacobs and family moved to Rittmann residence on Washington st.
S 11-07-1903 Mrs. Edwin Caldwell (nee Lucile Perkins) returned to Burlington; to live at Perkins house until R. H. Fitch vacates Dolister residence, which Mr. Caldwell recently bought. Also in F 11/11/03.
F 11-11-1903 Residence on corner of Jefferson & West sts. for rent - Burlington Brick & Tile Co. S 11/7/03 - 8 room brick residence, barn, and lot. F 11/25/03 - George Stoehr and family will move to old Dr. Bower property on corner of Jefferson & West sts. S 11/28/03 - George Stier leased property, which is owned by William Meadows.
F 11-11-1903 Gus Bauman / Bowman place on east side of Fox river for sale. S 11/14/03 - house and two lots. S 1/2/04 & F 1/6/04 - Gus Bowman sold property to Christian Smith. Possession in spring. S 1/9/04 & F 1/13/04 - Fred and Edgar Krakofsky and their families moved in.
F 11-18-1903 Diener residence on Jefferson st., occupied by Bert Bartholf, sold to Mrs. Joseph Kiekenbush who will occupy it. Also in S 11/14/03.
F 11-18-1903 L. J. Smith to build new residence on Jefferson st. east of present home. The Smiths will occupy the new home; C. E. Partee and family will occupy the old home. Also in S 11/21/03. F 12/16/03 & S 12/19/03 - contract let to William Hoppe.
S 11-21-1903 J. T. Groff, Jr., and family moved to residence on N. Chestnut st. erected this fall by Miss Barry.
S 11-21-1903 H. E. Dahlman building new brick horse barn on his farm just north of Burlington.
S 11-28-1903 Bert Bartholf and family moved to Brehm residence on State street vacated by A. Zwiebel, Jr.
S 11-28-1903 Caroline David estate property - quarter of lot 22 and south half of lot 23 of block 6 of Perkins West Addition - to be auctioned Dec. 23. (Northeast side of Amanda st. south of Kendall st.)
S 11-28-1903 Louis Treffinger and family moved from farm west of Honey Creek to Burlington.
S 11-28-1903 Andrew Johannes offers 6 room house and large lot near St. Mary's Church for sale.
S 12-05-1903 Zeph. Parker and family moved to California. (Had been on Marsland farm, per S 3/14/03.)
S 12-05-1903 Josie Kiekenbusch leased home farm and bought personal property; he took possession Dec. 1.
S 12-05-1903 Otis Vaughn bought Conklin property on Lewis st.; will build residence. Also in F 12/2/03.
F 12-09-1903 Joseph Dreesman bought a house and a little over 13 acres in Weiler's addition.
F 12-09-1903 O. McLaughlin sold lot on Kane st. to George W. Smith who will build a residence in the spring. Also in S 12/12/03.
F 12-09-1903 Mrs. Elizabeth Ward lives on corner of Lewis & Kendall sts. (234 Kendall in 1897 Directory.)
S 12-12-1903 Alfred Hoyle and family moved from Elgin to Burlington.
