F 08-12-1903 William Hoppe to build barn and carpenter shop on lot he owns on corner of Edward st. & Chandler blvd. F 9/30/03 - putting up building.
F 08-12-1903 Miss Millie Barry building house on Mrs. Crabb lot on N. Chestnut st. she recently bought. Also in S 8/15/03 - lot known as old Crabb property. F 9/30/03 - J. T. Groff, Jr., and family to occupy. F 11/18/03 - Groffs now occupy house.
F 08-12-1903 Mrs. Florence Cooper Hall let contract to William Hoppe for new summer cottage to be built on east side of Brown's Lake. Also in S 8/15/03 - east shore.
S 08-15-1903 Joseph Yanny has about completed remodeling his farm residence.
S 08-15-1903 George Littlefield has new walk on Lewis st. side of his residence property.
S 08-15-1903 Edward Corbeil living on Hidding farm at Brown's lake - mentioned in Lippe obituary.
F 08-19-1903 Cement walk being put around Theo Riel property on corner of Liberty & Kane sts.

F 08-19-1903 Joseph David has new residence on Edward st., Perkins North Park. S 8/22/03 - new cement sidewalk put in at Joseph David's new residence. S 9/19/03 and F 9/23/03 - Davids moved in.
F 08-19-1903 Sherman Gillespie and wife to reside in part of Mrs. Arnold's residence on Chestnut st. S 8/22/03 (2) - Gillespies moved in.
F 08-19-1903 J. P. Sullivan and wife occupy rooms over Louis Rein meat market on Pine st. Also in S 8/22/03.
S 08-22-1903 Mr. & Mrs. P. Becker and Louisa Voelker to occupy Nims residence on Washington st. recently bought by Voelker & Miller. Also in F 9/9/03 - Mrs. Becker and Louisa are sisters.
S 08-22-1903 Rev. J. Reiff and Amanda Grob, married Aug. 12, to live in Cross Lutheran parsonage.
F 08-26-1903 Andrew Johannes bought Paul J. Schultz house and lot on Geneva st. Also in S 8/22/03.
F 08-26-1903 Frank Zwiebel to occupy his residence on Geneva street. F 9/2/03 & S 9/5/03 - Frank Zwiebel moved to residence on Geneva Street. E. B. Taylor to move to the house on Jefferson st. that Zwiebel vacated. S 9/5/03 - Dr. E. B. Taylor moving to Smithers residence on Jefferson st.
F 08-26-1903 Mrs. William Lippe to sell at auction Aug. 29, her home on east side of Fox river.
S 08-29-1903 Valentine Ganz had accident while at work on A. Zwiebel, Jr.'s new residence on corner of Dyer & Jefferson sts; fell 12 or 15 feet. Also in F 8/26/03.
S 08-29-1903 C. L. Gleason building barn on his lot on Kendall st.
S 08-29-1903 S. Prailes building new barn on his farm just south of Burlington.
F 09-02-1903 P. J. Strassen moved to new residence on corner of Jefferson & Johnson sts. just completed by W. H. Bushman. C. B. Zimmermann and O. H. Fiske will occupy the other two houses Bushman is building. (See S 3/28/03 entry.) S 9/5/03 - Strassen moved from Kelly residence on Chestnut st.
F 09-02-1903 Louis Kernhoff bought 120 acre McKercher farm 3 miles east of Burlington. S 9/5/03 - Kornhoff, A. McKercher. F 10/14/03 - Alfred McKercher and mother to move to house on Reynolds ave.
F 09-02-1903 Patrick Warren building addition to his house. Frank Ward has the contract.
S 09-05-1903 P. N. Angsten and son moved to Burlington; will move family back here about Oct. 1.
S 09-05-1903 James Heck and Minnie Hoernemann, married Sept. 2, living in Hoernemann residence on east side of Fox river.
