F 11-07-1900 George Smith and family moved to Maggie Wilson home on Kane st.; Miss Wilson to occupy rooms upstairs with George McKesson and family.
F 11-07-1900 Clarence L. Gleason and wife rented residence on corner of Washington & Dyer sts., recently vacated by P. M. Jacobson. Also in S 11/3/1900.
F 11-07-1900 William Hoppe bought lot on Chestnut st. just west of William Rein's residence and is excavating for a house. Also in S 11/3/1900.
S 11-10-1900 Herman Dettman bought lot and barn from R. L. Ransom and will move residence to lot. F 11/7/1900 - bought 2 lots near Episcopal church. S 11/17/1900 - house to be moved to new foundation. (House relocation)
S 11-10-1900 Christian Rasch offers 196 acre farm, 1 mile from Burlington, for rent.
S 11-24-1900 Barney Reesman leased Henry Kies farm for term of years.
S 11-24-1900 Mr. Hintz of Chicago bought Henry Cook farm of 40 acres, including Spring Valley mill and power. S 12/15/1900 - Ambrose Heinz to conduct a milk pasteurizing plant.
S 11-24-1900 Daniel Warren, who sold farm 3 miles southeast of Burlington, to auction personal property.
S 11-24-1900 Fred Dubenstein bought James Hall farm of 200 acres at Bloomfield - possession March 1. Also in F 11/28/1900 - Duberstein.
F 11-28-1900 Doric Forbes bought Fred Dubenstein farm of 120 acres at Slade's Corners - possession March 1. Also in S 12/1/1900.

S 12-01-1900 Carl Smith / Schmitt and M. K. Wilson to have auction on Wilson farm just west of St. Paul depot.
S 12-01-1900 Perkins heirs vs. Burlington Land & Improvement Co. case argued.
S 12-01-1900 Thomas Bottomley offers building lots on Randolph st., southeast of St. Mary's, for sale.
S 12-08-1900 Four lots in Morris addition (old fair grounds) sold - 2 to A. Zwiebel, 1 to Wm. Hoppe, and 1 to "a prominent merchant." Hoppe has a house under way. Also in F 12/12/1900 - third buyer was Jerome Mutchler.
S 12-08-1900 Fred Uhen added conservatory, pantry, bath and toilet rooms to residence.
F 12-12-1900 Mr. Kester of Lyons bought home and 2 lots of Joseph Williams estate on Chestnut st. Also in S 12/15/1900 - Fred Kuester bought J. L. Williams property.

S 12-22-1900 Carl Schmitt, living on Col. J. G. Wilson farm west of Burlington, bought farm at Tomah.
F 12-26-1900 Foundation laid and carpenter work begun on A. Zwiebel's new house on Chestnut st. S 12/22/1900 - William Hoppe building his and Zwiebel's houses alike.
S 12-29-1900 Alonzo Vaughn place of 14 acres, with 2 houses and barn, near Burlington Malting Co. (on Wilmot rd.) for sale or rent.
F 01-02-1901 A. Kipp bought residence on Randolph st. from son, Louis Kipp. F 1/16/01 - Louis Kipp and family moved to Milwaukee.
