S 04-15-1899 John J. Trier and family moved from Voorhees residence on Dyer st. to H. Wagner, Sr., residence on Geneva st., where Trier's cigar factory is also located.
S 04-15-1899 Bernard Muegler and Rosina Weinmann, married April 11, living at Fiske farm which Muegler recently bought.
S 04-22-1899 Nick Weiler sold 15 lots in Weiler's addition to Andrew Johannes. Just north of those owned by William Brodda on Geneva st. Johannes to have market garden and will build house.
S 04-22-1899 Louis Rein bought barn from William Rhodes and will move it to his Chestnut st. property. (Barn relocation)
S 04-22-1899 F. J. Sengbusch leased one of the Voorhees residences on Dyer st. and will occupy it with family.
