S 03-18-1899 Henry Drews building house 16 x 24, with wing 14 x 16, and summer kitchen 12 x 14.
S 03-25-1899 Alois Grossmann to build a residence in Weiler's addition on lot he bought some time ago. Also in F 4/5/1899 - William Hoppe, contractor.
S 03-25-1899 George Campbell moved to William Fell residence on east side of Fox river. Fell moved to Lake Geneva.

S 04-15-1899 W. F. Oakley leased Dr. C. J. Swan residence on Lewis st. and will move in. Dr. Swan and family occupy Noble cottage on Lewis st.
