F 05-30-1900 Mrs. John Mather offers dwelling house on State st. opposite old school building for rent.
F 05-30-1900 T. E. Miller built 100 foot cement and grout shorewall, 3 feet wide and 7 feet high, on his property at Brown's lake.
S 06-02-1900 William Rothering and Eleanor Wentker, married May 29, to live in groom's residence on Jefferson st.
S 06-02-1900 Ben Ketterhagen and Anna Busch, married May 29, to live in groom's residence just completed in Perkins Park.
S 06-09-1900 Henry Strohm, building mover, moved to new residence on N. Chestnut st. nearly opposite the egg warehouse.
S 06-09-1900 Louis Plate and family leased and are occupying Pulver cottage at Brown's Lake for summer.
F 06-13-1900 Charles Diener to build new residence on Kane st. lot he bought recently.
S 06-16-1900 L. L. Owen and family moved to new Rewald residence on Kendall st.
S 06-30-1900 Frank Huebner bought lot in Briody's addition from P. O. Briody. Also in F 6/27/1900.
S 06-30-1900 Wisconsin Condensed Milk Co. bought residence of Mrs. Robert (Barbara) Scheffler on Calumet st.; will move the house immediately and use the land for its business. Also in F 6/27/1900. (House relocation)
F 07-11-1900 Mrs. Robert (Barbara) Scheffler / Schaffler bought H. Leopold's place on Washington st. Also in S 7/7/1900 - Herman Leopold.
F 07-11-1900 Dr. W. E. A. Wyman (veterinarian) and family to occupy Williams residence on N. Chestnut st. Also in S 7/7/1900.
S 07-14-1900 Wm. J. Finke bought Kearney residence at corner of Dyer & Jefferson sts. Also in F 7/18/1900.
F 07-18-1900 Residence on corner of Lewis & Origen sts., formerly occupied by W. M. Emmons, for rent.
F 07-25-1900 Dr. F. C. Binnewies / Bennewies to occupy rooms in Smithers residence on Jefferson st. vacated by Axtells. S 8/25/1900 - Dr. Binnewies office at residence, corner of Pine & Jefferson sts.
F 07-25-1900 A. E. Hatch house on Kendall Street being built of building tile. Also in S 8/11/1900. S 9/15/1900 - Julia and Bessie Malone leased new Hatch residence on Kendall st.; mother will live with them.
S 07-28-1900 Joseph A. Rueter has finished enlarging and remodeling the barn of Henry Uhlenhake in the town of Burlington.
F 08-08-1900 Isaac Cohn / Cohen bought 139 acre farm a few miles east of city from Daniel Warren. Also in S 8/4/1900 - Isak Cohn.
F 08-08-1900 E. H. Parmelee rented Smithers residence on corner of Lewis & Origen sts. F 9/5/1900 - family moved in. S 9/8/1900 - Mrs. E. H. Parmalee and daughter, Louise, and mother, Mrs. Weber, moved to Lou Smithers residence on corner of Origen & Lewis sts.
F 08-15-1900 Prof. W. H. Hickok to occupy Mrs. H. Hicks residence on Lewis st. Also in S 8/11/1900.
S 08-18-1900 George Bienemann occupying old Melcher residence near Milwaukee depot.
S 08-25-1900 House of 8 rooms for rent; inquire of George A. Armour.
F 08-29-1900 A. Johannes building house in Weiler's addition on Geneva st. S 9/1/1900 - Andrew Johannes.
F 09-05-1900 Mr. & Mrs. W. G. Finke, Jr., to live in residence recently vacated by L. H. Rohr on northwest corner of Jefferson & Dyer sts.
S 09-08-1900 John Tuligowski bought Moat property on Kenosha rd. which he's occupied for several years.
