S 08-20-1898 Willis Wilcox advertises house and two lots on James st. for sale or rent.
S 08-27-1898 Frank VandeSand has completed the new addition to F. Koehnke's residence on the east side of Fox river as well as the remodeling of the old house.
S 08-27-1898 W. H. Kelsey leased Mrs. Sammon residence on Origen st.; Mrs. Sammon and daughter to spend winter in Chicago.
S 08-27-1898 John Fields residence at corner of Geneva & Washington sts. entered by burglars.
F 08-31-1898 William Meadows’ new residence in Perkins Park is nearly enclosed.
F 08-31-1898 C. A. Goodwin rented Dr. Bower property on Jefferson st.
S 09-03-1898 E. Wehmhoff bought 6 lots at Bohner's lake from Frank Grass.
S 09-03-1898 Mrs. F. Keuper bought another lot at Bohner's lake.
S 09-03-1898 Mr. Walther bought residence on east side of Fox river from John G. Schroeder, who moved with wife to Racine. Schroeder worked as shoemaker with John Kautsky for 26 years.
S 09-03-1898 Col. J. G. Wilson remodeling residence on corner of Chestnut & Origen sts.; wing parts to be torn down. F 9/14/1898 - Col. J. G. Wilson is building a new residence on the corner of Chestnut & Origen sts. S 3/4/1899 - Wilson and family moved in.
S 09-17-1898 Paul J. Schultz and family moved to Racine; offers residence on Geneva st. for rent.
F 09-21-1898 Orrin Moe and family and Mrs. Clark moved to house Mrs. Clark recently bought near the Episcopal church. S 9/24/1898 - in Perkins North Park.
S 09-24-1898 Albert Bushman building new residence on Geneva st. lot adjoining F. Reuschlein's residence. Also in F 9/28/1898,
S 09-24-1898 W. M. Emmons new residence on corner of Origen & Lewis sts. about completed.
S 09-24-1898 Rev. Sabin Halsey bought Jacob Wellauer farm (occupied by Jacob Bieneman) on Spring Prairie.
S 10-01-1898 Dr. Newbury leased Gumb residence in Perkins Park and will move in.
S 10-01-1898 Dan Holderby and family moved to rooms in Bushman block over Miss C. Miller & Co. millinery shop.
S 10-08-1898 Fred Naffien's new residence completed by Joseph A. Rueter; Naffien moved in.
S 10-08-1898 George Adams and family moved to Rewald residence on Chestnut st. vacated by Orrin Moe.

S 10-15-1898 O. McLaughlin and family moved from Burlington to Lyons.
S 10-15-1898 Dennis Forest / Forrest and family moved from residence on Conkey st. to Melcher store building near St. Paul depot.
