S 03-20-1897 John B. Wagner bought of Mrs. Dailey a lot 6 x 12 rods from the north side of the property owned by Mrs. Dailey on Chestnut st.
S 03-20-1897 Nagle / Nagel estate to sell 137 acre farm in Burlington and Dover occupied by John Burmeister, 2 lots and house on Chestnut st., and 3 lots and house on McHenry st. near St. Paul depot.
S 03-27-1897 Nagle estate sale: Herman Kramer bought 60 acres in section 25, Burlington; T. J. Cunningham bought 40 acres in same section. Ernst Schulz bought 3 lots near St. Paul depot. B. J. Bushman bought 2 lots on Chestnut st. Michael Gleason bought 36 acres in section 30, Dover.
S 03-27-1897 George McDonald bought south lot on Chestnut st. that B. J. Bushman bought from Nagle estate. H. F. Henningfeld, who was living in house, moved to Jung farm at Slade's Corners. McDonald to build residence.
S 03-27-1897 Albert Bushman bought north lot on Chestnut st. that B. J. Bushman bought from Nagle estate.
