S 03-18-1899 Ed Pendergast moved from corner of Dyer & Liberty to Gus Bauman house on east side of Fox river.
S 02-13-1897 F. B. Stoehr / Stohr sold house and lot on Dodge st. to Mrs. H. Jung.
S 02-13-1897 F. B. Stoehr leased E. Wehmhoff farm. Stoehr worked for B. Brehm & Son for past 4 years.
S 02-20-1897 Herman Braun traded house and lots in Weiler's addition for Henry Heck's 80-acre farm in town of Brighton. S 2/27/1897 - Braun and family moved to farm; Heck and family moved to house.
S 02-20-1897 Herman Konst advertises house and lot plus vacant lots for sale.
S 02-27-1897 A. E. Spencer and family moved to Mrs. Henderson residence on Lewis st. Mrs. Lucy Henderson and son, Ray, moved to New Lisbon.
S 02-27-1897 Frank Wolf and Mary Schlosser, married Feb. 23, to live on Wolf home farm south of St. Paul depot.
S 03-06-1897 John A. Rueter and family returned to Burlington from Milwaukee and are staying with Ben Rueter. Will probably build residence on 10 acres bought from Nic Weiler.
S 03-06-1897 Homan Bros. bought 500 acre Powers farm in southeast part of town of Lyons.
S 03-06-1897 M. S. Huntington leased Fred Richter residence in Perkins Park and moved in.
S 03-06-1897 Executor's sale: lots 1, 4, and 5, block 3, Sheldon's addition, with house and barn on lot 5 - Richard Nagle/ Nagel; also other parcels, including piece of land on Chestnut st. at corner of block 3, Perkins addition, and 60-1/2 acres in sections 25 and 26, town 3. S 3/13/1897 and other issues - F. Reuschlein and Battie Gleason advertise sale of Nagle / Nagel property to be held on March 22.
S 03-06-1897 John Wiemers / Wiemer leased J. F. Wegge farm; Wegge to continue to reside there.
S 03-06-1897 S. A. Hoffmann moved from Cunningham residence on Lewis st. to Willard / Willert residence on east side of Fox river.
S 03-06-1897 Jacob Bieneman moved from Christian Rasch farm to the Mrs. A. Cook farm west of Burlington.
