F 11-20-1883 Fred. Stoehr bought lot 6, block 31, from Henry Miller. (East side of Dodge st., 2nd lot from Jefferson st.) S 11/24/1883 - B. F. Stoehr.
F 11-20-1883 Mary Ann Campbell bought house and lot on Geneva st. from Louis Leber. Also in S 11/24/1883.

F 12-04-1883 Strong possibility that M. L. Ayers will build house on Pine st. on lot Episcopal church was to have been built and where the foundation now stands.

S 02-23-1884 Barney Brehm building new barn at residence.
S 02-23-1884 Timothy Brenan / Brennan bought former Konst farm from C. F. Bliss.
F 02-26-1884 M. P. Petrie and family moved from 2nd story of H. Miller's building on Pine st. to rooms over Zilke / Zielke / Zelke store. S 3/1/1884 - M. P. Petrie and family moved to rooms over Zilke's store.
