S 03-27-1886 A. Neumann bought Ferd Vanderbeck farm in town of Wheatland; Vanderbeck to live in Burlington.
F 03-30-1886 Ellen Appleyard offers for sale double house and large lot on Pine st. with well, cistern, and small stable.
F 03-30-1886 B. Brehm offers 7 room house, now occupied by W. A. Bennett, for rent about May 1.
F 03-30-1886 George Norris building addition to residence on east side of White river; father, Robert, to occupy. F 6/1/1886 - Robert Norris and wife build and occupy new house on east side of White river.
F 04-13-1886 Will Stoel and family moved to rooms over Zilke's vacant store room on Pine st. S 4/10/1886 - Stowell, Zelke.
F 04-13-1886 W. J. Goff and family moved to VanSlyke house on corner of Jefferson & Johnson sts. from house near St. Paul depot.
S 04-17-1886 George Wilbur has purchased the Perkins homestead opposite Teutonia Hall, and it is said that he will use the land for a lumber yard.

F 05-04-1886 C. A. Goodwin's assistant and his family (name not given) will occupy Mr. Kensler's / Kinzle's small house on corner of Lewis & Conkey sts.
F 05-04-1886 B. J. Bushman has new house on Geneva st. nearly enclosed.

S 05-08-1886 Mr. Pufahl moved his family to the Dasson house on Chestnut st.
