F 10-27-1885 Mrs. C. K. Norton and daughter Lizzie bought house and lot on east side of Fox river formerly owned by Dr. Frederick Kords, and will move in.
F 11-03-1885 C. G. Foltz bought parcel of land on north end of fair grounds adjoining his property.
F 11-03-1885 Mrs. G. Scherman / Schuerman offers house on Liberty st. for rent.

S 01-09-1886 Building at outlet of Honey Creek and White River, just below the mill dam, belonging to Nims & Voorhees, moved to rear of Nim's estate on Pine st.
F 01-19-1886 Mrs. Henry Kerckman / Kerkman advertises for sale her brick residence and four lots on corner of Geneva & Lewis st.
S 01-23-1886 Mr. Kinzley / Kingsley is building a new house on Conkey st. Also in F 1/23/1886.
F 02-02-1886 Dr. L. N. Hicks bought large brick residence on (northeast) corner of Pine & Jefferson sts. from Dr. A. J. Rosenberry. Rosenberry bought it from Dr. L. M. Kords about 6 months ago. (Note: This is property where Library is now (2008) located.)
F 02-02-1886 C. B. Wagner bought from Frank Schultz the buildings and property on corner of Pine & Washington sts., adjoining Town Hall, now occupied by John Wurms, tailor. Wagner also bought vacant lot at rear of and adjoining his residence lot.
F 02-02-1886 A. J. Nilles on John Hegeman farm 2 miles southeast of Burlington - farm auction ad.
F 02-16-1886 House and lot formerly owned by late George Meadows on Lewis st. for sale.
S 02-27-1886 Dr. Hicks having plans drawn for making improvements at his new residence, which is Dr. Kords' old home (northwest corner of Pine & Jefferson sts.). F 3/9/1886 - Roof being built on Dr. L. N. Hicks residence - description.
F 03-02-1886 A. J. Everitt / Everett bought brother W. H.'s interest in Everett homestead near Honey Creek.
F 03-02-1886 Thomas J. Cunningham bought house and lot on Lewis st. formerly owned by late George Meadows.
F 03-23-1886 B. J. Bushman bought lots of Mrs. Kerckman / Kerkman on Geneva st. and will build residence. S 3/27/1885 - Mrs. Henry Kerchmann; H. J. Rottering / Rothering to build Bushman's house.
F 03-23-1886 J. N. Benedict bought house and lots on Chestnut st. from H. H. Corey, who will move with family to Oregon. F 4/2/1886 - Corey family moved to Oregon.
