S 08-06-1887 Louis Gaede to build addition to his house on corner of Lewis & Origen sts., to be used as kitchen.

S 10-01-1887 Joseph Rueter to build dwelling house on Jefferson st. near corner of Geneva st.
S 10-08-1887 William Fink / Finke building new residence on his property opposite the brewery on McHenry st.
S 10-08-1887 B. Curtis rented Mrs. Theresa Griebel's farm for 3 years.
S 10-22-1887 A. Zwiebel filling up his lot in front of his residence on Geneva st. to make it more even. He has also removed his fence and built a new sidewalk.
S 10-22-1887 James I. Toner of Standard Democrat bought lot in Lowe's addition.
S 10-22-1887 H. P. Lowe sold 11-1/2 lots on Oct. 15: Charles Wilcox, Nicholas Weiler, Lavern Styles - 2, John Reynolds - 1-1/2, William H. Rothering - 4, and J. B. Buell - 2. Later, Nims & Voorhees bought 2 lots. Before sale, Louis Gaede bought 4 lots and James I. Toner bought 1 lot.
S 10-22-1887 Charles Wood, former postmaster, and wife moved to Dakota.
S 10-29-1887 H. E. Sheldon moved to dwelling vacated by Charles Wood.
S 10-29-1887 F. H. Nims moved to new house on Washington st.
