S 08-09-1890 J. E. Bartholf bought H. C. Buell residence on Washington st. and will move in.
S 08-09-1890 Adam Beller building 22 x 30 cottage on his lot near St. Paul depot.
S 08-16-1890 John H. Martin offers 4 acres with residence near St. Paul depot for sale. Includes 8 large lots and parts of others.
S 08-23-1890 Willis Wilcox building new residence on James st.
S 08-23-1890 L. Hess remodeling interior of his residence on Chestnut st. and adding a front porch.
S 09-06-1890 Prof. & Mrs. C. W. Rittenbury / Rittenberg moved to new residence of B. Brehm on Liberty st.
S 09-13-1890 Charles Hillman bought Thorn property on east side of Fox river.

S 11-29-1890 John H. Martin sold property near the St. Paul depot to E. McLaughlin. Also in F 11/26/1890 - house and lots just south of depot. Martin and family may relocate to California.
S 11-29-1890 John Rasch sold 160 acre farm to Charles Tesdorf; 5 miles from Burlington, 80 acres in Burlington township and 80 acres in Wheatland township.
S 11-29-1890 Barney Robers bought Nick Werner residence on McHenry st.
