F 08-03-1886 Mrs. C. K. Miller building picket fence around her premises on corner of Chestnut & Origen sts.
S 08-07-1886 E. Kenzler / Kinzle advertises lot and 2 houses on corner of Lewis & Conkey sts. for sale.
S 08-14-1886 Barbara Siebert / Seubert repairing portion of her dwelling house on corner of Pine & Madison sts.; part being repaired is known to older citizens as "the castle," one of first buildings in Burlington.
S 08-14-1886 John B. Wagner building 1-1/2 story dwelling on Origen st.; to be 23 x 36 and veneered with cream colored brick.
F 08-17-1886 Frame up and nearly enclosed on George W. Stone's new house on Origen st.

F 09-14-1886 Frank A. Perkins bought Sawyer homestead on corner of Washington & Dyer sts. from Mrs. A. Sawyer.
