S 09-05-1891 John Itzin bought lots on Tower hill just off Lewis st. from Nicholas Weiler and will lay foundation this fall for new residence to be built next spring. S 10/10/1891 - work started on foundation.
S 09-12-1891 J. C. Grant, buyer of Osterman property, bought P. H. Cunningham farm of 100 acres on Brown's lake.
S 09-12-1891 Nicholas Weiler lays out lots on Tower Hill just off Lewis st. and offers lots for sale.

S 12-05-1891 George Eckert recently bought the Baxter farm occupied by William Harris; Harris moved to Silver Lake. S 2/13/1892 - George Eckert leased Baxter farm on Kenosha rd. and has moved there.
