S 04-02-1892 McDonald brothers rented Micklish residence on east side of Fox river and will move in.
S 08-11-1888 W. C. Wilson's new 12-room home nearing completion.
S 08-25-1888 Mrs. A. J. Hannas moved to Biersbach property on east side of Fox river.
S 08-25-1888 Elliott C. Benson bought 45 feet of frontage on Lewis st. from H. C. Conklin; will build residence next spring.
S 08-25-1888 Fire on premises of F. S. Perkins on west State st. did about $1,200 damage to barn, corn cribs, and grain.
S 09-15-1888 Salisbury residence will soon be ready for occupancy.
S 09-15-1888 5 lots sold at Chipman Grove, Brown's Lake - 3 to Nicholas Thomas, who will build daughter a home; and one each to Mr. Thompson and Mr. Gunlock.
F 09-19-1888 Mrs. Julia McCarthy bought corner lot on Liberty st. from T. W. Durgin; will build a home. S 10/13/1888 - Mrs. William McCarthy building residence on corner of Liberty & Johnson sts. Also in S 10/20/1888. F 11/7/1888 - Mrs. McCarthy has house up and enclosed.
S 09-22-1888 Mrs. L. C. Anderson's residence on Dyer st. nearing completion.
S 09-29-1888 Charles Wagner, Jr., moved to residence on Jefferson st. recently bought from William J. Finke.
F 10-03-1888 William Salomon, real estate dealer, lives on Johnson st. between Jefferson st. & Liberty st. - ad.
S 10-06-1888 D. Monaghan and family moved to Micklish house.
S 10-06-1888 Fred Willhoft painted his residence on Dodge st.
S 10-06-1888 W. J. Fink / Finke has put in his new home a fire and burglar proof safe.
F 10-17-1888 Adam Kleinkopf has just added a roomy wing to his residence on Jefferson st.
S 10-20-1888 New residence of J. I. Salisbury is completed. S 3/4/38 - J. I. Salisbury built and moved to residence on Origen st. in 1888.
S 10-20-1888 Dr. J. Wilbur's office and residence is opposite the Opera House (Teutonia Hall).
S 10-27-1888 Mr. & Mrs. Peter Keogh / Keough moved to Zilke / Zelke building.
F 10-31-1888 Arthur Smith building new residence and barn in West Burlington.
F 11-07-1888 Otis Vaughn and family moved to P. H. Cunningham home on east side of Fox river. Vaughn to build residence next spring on his lots on corner of Washington & Dyer sts. at rear of Opera House.
S 11-10-1888 John Matthews (Mathews) moved family to F. S. Perkins dwelling on Liberty st.
S 11-10-1888 Fred Baumeister has rented the Thomas Clarke estate.
S 11-10-1888 The Anderson residence is completed. F 12/5/1888 - Nims & Voorhees have built Mrs. L. C. Anderson's house on Dyer st.
F 11-14-1888 Fred Vorpagel bought from William Rhodes his house and lot on Jefferson st. at the rear of Holy Cross Lutheran church.
F 11-14-1888 Mrs. Zilke (Zielke) bought from Mrs. Christian Boub her house and lot on the east (north) side of the White river.
