S 06-20-1891 Mesdames Pratt and Wilkes, of Edgewood Farm, to hold social.
S 06-27-1891 William Pieters bought John Rueter's new house on corner of Johnson & Washington sts. S 7/4/1891 - John Pieters, not William. John to move to Burlington in fall.
S 06-27-1891 Francis Bankes bought lot on Pine st. from J. A. Miller.
S 07-04-1891 Phil Petrie and family, John Badenoch and family, and T. E. Miller and family all occupy new cottages on north side of Brown's Lake. S 1/31/30 - In 1887 Mr. & Mrs. Charles Petrie, Mr. & Mrs. J. J. Badenoch, and Mr. & Mrs. Thomas E. Miller bought section of ground on north side of Brown's lake east of the Antlers hotel and built summer homes.

S 08-29-1891 Dr. & Mrs. G. F. Newell leased part of Jones residence (hotel annex?) on Geneva st. and will move there from Waterford. S 9/19/1891 - Newells moved to Burlington.
S 09-05-1891 Henry Hinzpeter offers 150 acre farm in section 21 for sale.
