S 02-27-1892 F. B. Stohr offers his house in Burlington for rent; will work farm E. Wehmhoff recently bought.
S 03-05-1892 E. Wehmhoff building new house, 16 x 20, on farm he recently bought from Henry Kaiser.
S 03-12-1892 George Treffinger (S 4/9/1892 showed Louis Treffinger) bought John Hegeman residence now occupied by John Itzin.
S 03-12-1892 John Itzin to move family to Ebbers store building until his residence in Weiler's addition is completed.
S 03-12-1892 H. E. Zimmermann and family moved to Kinzle residence on Lewis st.
S 03-12-1892 Ernst McLaughlin and Minnie Trapp, married March 7, to live near St. Paul depot.
S 03-12-1892 Mrs. M. Reid / Reed, living on Steinhoff farm opposite the brick and tile factory, to have auction.
S 03-12-1892 Two building lots, each 4 x 8 rods, for sale on east side of Fox River, within 2 blocks of bridge.

S 04-02-1892 William J. Finke & Co. offers 63-acre Hoffman farm on banks of Brown's lake for sale.
S 04-02-1892 Herman Siehoff bought Francis Bankes farm of 192 acres on Rochester road. Sale included milk route.
S 04-02-1892 Charles Ball moved to Burlington; rented out Lyons farm to Ed Loomis - mentioned twice.
