S 02-28-1891 Col. J. G. Wilson and family moved to new home adjoining Mrs. Wilson's millinery shop.
S 03-21-1891 John Mathews bought part of G. G. Mathews farm and will move there.
S 03-21-1891 Fred Schmidt quit farming; moved to Zielke residence on east side of Fox River.
S 03-21-1891 J. F. Daily / Dailey, superintendent of Burlington Blanket Co., leased a Burlington residence.
S 03-28-1891 Superintendent Newbury of the water works department now occupies the Dawson residence on Chestnut st.
S 03-28-1891 Henry Rewald bought 2 lots in rear of lots he owns in old fair ground. Henry Plate also bought a lot adjoining his property on the north (west?). Messrs. Rewald and Plate now own the entire block.
S 03-28-1891 C. G. Foltz bought lot on fair grounds and will move VanSlyke house to it and fix up. (House relocation)
S 04-04-1891 Henry Schwartz bought Mrs. Cavano residence on Lewis st. and will move family in.
S 04-04-1891 A. M. Aldrich offers 30 acres of the B. Remington estate farm for sale. Land is about 1 mile northwest of Burlington post office on road to Honey Creek.
S 04-11-1891 George W. McKesson and family moved to Burlington; occupy Mrs. Wilson residence on Chestnut st.
S 04-11-1891 Frank Beller bought residence adjoining his saloon and the saloon property he occupies (on Chestnut st.) from the First National bank.
S 04-18-1891 Charles Beller building barn across the Central track from his premises.
S 04-18-1891 No truth to report that John H. Uhen bought Kirckman / Kerkman property and would build on same. (See S 7/25/1891.)
S 04-25-1891 C. G. Foltz sold Carpenter place on Pine st. to George P. Goodwin, and VanSlyck house and a lot on the old fair grounds to Peter Kane.
S 04-25-1891 Ben Uhen bought 40 acres from John Terry.
S 05-02-1891 Jacob Gill and family occupy rooms on 2nd floor of Schroeder block.
S 05-09-1891 Charles Hidding leased Hoffman farm at Brown's lake; Mr. & Mrs. S. A. Hoffman have moved to the village.
S 05-16-1891 Charles Beller bought 30 acres known as Remington estate adjoining the property F. J. Ayers bought from William Rhodes (just north of village).
S 05-16-1891 Henry Vos and bride now living at Mrs. E. Plate residence.
S 05-23-1891 Eugene Wehmhoff will move the cottage now in the rear of his residence to the lot on the corner of Washington & West sts. and make additions to it for a residence. (House relocation)
S 05-23-1891 For sale: Lot 8, block 5, of Perkins 2nd addition - former residence of George Stoehr.
S 06-06-1891 M. P. Petrie bought lots on east side of Fox river foreclosed by Mrs. M. P. Petrie against Barbara Seubert and others.
S 06-13-1891 New residence of A. Zwiebel on corner of Washington & Johnson sts. being painted.
S 06-13-1891 George Klein bought I. Kinsler (Kienzle, Kinzle, Kingsley) house on Conkey st.
S 06-20-1891 Charles Keuper building addition to Pine st. residence.
