S 02-23-1895 J. Frank Wray residence burned Feb. 15.
S 02-23-1895 J. Frank Wray and family moved to residence recently completed by John P. Runkel in Perkins Park.
S 02-23-1895 E. Zechel leased Ayers residence on corner of Chestnut & Mill sts., recently occupied by A. F. Ransom.
S 02-23-1895 Peter Zirbes bought two lots in Weiler's addition; will use them for truck gardening.
S 02-23-1895 Francis J. Meyer and Helen N. Boyle, married Feb. 20, to live on Wm J. Finke & Co. farm.
S 02-23-1895 Frank Kresken and Katie Roanhaus, married Feb. 21, to live on Dyer farm in town of Wheatland.
S 02-23-1895 William Terhorst and Mary Hammon, married Feb. 19, to live in Terhorst's residence on Kendall st.
S 03-02-1895 Arthur Anderson, not Irving Anderson, leased the J. C. Kies property.
S 03-02-1895 Charles Zimmer bought from his father the lot on Lewis st. adjoining Ben Holmes's property and will build residence.
S 03-02-1895 T. W. Buell has purchased of William Stoel one span of the iron bridge which formerly crossed Fox river at Jefferson street. Mr. Buell will erect the span across White river where the river passes fhrough his farm - the old Durgin farm.
S 03-02-1895 H. I. Hawks and family will move to Zielke residence on north side of White river recently vacated by A. J. Hannas. Hannas moved to farm near Richmond, bought from J. Frank Wray. S 3/9/1895 - Hawks family moved, per Lyons column.

S 03-09-1895 A. P. Coombs sold residence on corner of Lewis & Kendall sts. to F. G. Richardson; included vacant lot on corner south of the residence.

S 03-09-1895 Henry Plucker and wife moved to Burlington from Waterford.
S 03-09-1895 Ella Noble bought residence on Lewis st. from brother, C. F. Noble. C. F. Noble and wife to move to Kansas.
S 03-09-1895 Joseph Reinwald and wife, Mary, came to Burlington in 1846 and bought farm in section 8. Lived there until 2 years ago. (From Joseph's obituary.)
S 03-16-1895 Frank VandeSand sold to Miss Lizzie Dolan and Ed Bull, of Dover, two lots adjoining his residence on the east side of Fox river; price paid was $500; the parties will probably build next year.
S 03-16-1895 Herman Vorpagel moved to Amend farm; will work farm for Mr. Yanne / Yanny.
