S 03-23-1895 Mr. Scheuerman of Bloomfield building house on lot bought from Mrs. Klingele. S 3/30/1895 - William Scheuerman's new residence to have front part 16 x 16, main part 16 x 36, rear 22 x 24.
S 03-23-1895 A. G. Coman rented C. F. Noble residence; Noble and wife moved to Kansas.
S 03-23-1895 Kenneth McKenzie leased James Faitoute residence on corner of Liberty and Dyer sts.
S 03-23-1895 Mr. & Mrs. James Faitoute to make home with E. S. Voorhees and wife.
S 03-23-1895 A. C. Kettlehut building residence for his mother in Perkins Park.

S 04-13-1895 Gus. Heublein bought 2 lots on Lewis st. from John Nehls. Lots are between L. R. Gaede's and C. J. Swan's. Heublein will build a residence. S 5/11/1895 - Heublein sold one lot to A. P. Coombs.
S 04-13-1895 Mrs. C. Bollow sold residence on Geneva st. to B. Brehm & Son. Took lot in Perkins Park as part payment and will build residence there. S 5/30/1896 - The Derby Cycling Club leased the former Bollow residence at the foot of Geneva st. for a club house.

S 04-13-1895 Will Bankes and wife moved to Voorhees residence recently vacated by "Munn" Slaight.
