S 01-06-1894 Henry Rewald building new home for Ignace Kinzle on Conkey st. - house, 16 x 26; wing, 14 x 16; and kitchen, 16 x 20.
S 01-13-1894 Carl Schultz and family moved from farm sold to Philip Jung to residence Schultz recently bought from L. J. Smith (earlier articles said Valentine Smith) near the Fox River bridge.
S 01-20-1894 The new residence of P. H. Cunningham on the shores of Brown's Lake is about completed.
S 01-20-1894 B. Curtis to have new residence built on his farm on shore of Brown's Lake.
F 02-02-1894 Albert Schroeder to have auction at McDonald farm 6 miles southeast of Burlington and 1-1/2 miles northeast of new Brighton creamery on Kenosha rd.
S 02-03-1894 Wendlin Miller estate near St. Paul depot to be sold at auction. Farm contains 91-1/2 acres, 20 on Geneva rd. and the balance just west of St. Paul depot and north of track. S 2/10/1894 - Wendlin Miller heirs bid in estate.
