S 04-20-1895 A. Bartholf has a barn up on the lot he recently purchased on Origin / Origen street. VandeSand & Salisbury will also commence the erection of a house for Mr. Bartholf at once.
S 10-28-1893 Herman Wald building new residence in Perkins Park.
S 10-28-1893 Mr. Jackwith / Jacquith, Kansasville cheese maker, moved to Burlington.
S 10-28-1893 Val Weinzinger offers for rent large 6 room house near St. Paul depot.
S 10-28-1893 P. H. Cunningham has foundation for new residence at Brown's Lake completed.
S 10-28-1893 L. L. Owen and Florence Spencer, recently married at Wilmot, will move to Burlington.
S 10-28-1893 Herman Dobroth building house on lot just south of kindergarten on Conkey st. Barn completed and frame for house is up.
S 11-04-1893 Foundation started on A. F. Ransom's new residence near the water tower.
S 11-04-1893 Thomas M. Kearney sold residence on northwest corner of Dyer & Jefferson sts. to Louis H. Rohr. F 9/14/1893 - Kearney bought property in Racine and will move there; will retain interest in law firm of Kearney & Rohr in Burlington.

S 11-11-1893 John H. Uhen bought lot on Geneva st. from Ferd. Vanderbeck.
S 11-11-1893 Dr. L. N. Hicks sold property on (northwest) corner of Pine & Jefferson sts. and his practice to Dr. William A. Fulton.
S 11-11-1893 Dr. LaHann has bought Sheldon corner on Geneva & Lewis sts.
S 11-11-1893 Perkins Park lot buyers: Frank Zerneke, lot 1; A. H. Johnson, lot 2; J. M. Christien, lot 3; Ernst Schultz, lot 4; Otto C. Schultz, lot 5; and F. Bachmaier, lots 13 and 14.
S 11-11-1893 Charles Schultz sold farm mile and a half south of Burlington on Kenosha rd. S 11/18/1893 - Carl Schultz bought from Valentine Smith the residence near Fox River bridge occupied by E. E. Mills. Schultz to move to Burlington in spring.
S 11-18-1893 Charles Runzler building new residence on James st. S 1/6/1894 - Henry Rewald building new home for Charles Runzler on James st.
S 11-25-1893 Carl Schultz building barn on property he recently bought from Valentine Smith.
S 11-25-1893 E. E. Mills's new residence in Perkins Park painted by Mat. Weber.
S 12-02-1893 Dr. W. A. Fulton sold Hicks property (northwest corner of Jefferson & Pine sts.) to E. C. Benson taking in exchange Lou Smithers property on corner of Washington & Dyer sts.
S 12-02-1893 Lou Smithers and family to move to residence to be vacated by Dr. Hicks and will conduct boarding house and hotel there.
F 12-07-1893 H. E. Sheldon rented property occupied by L. Smithers; will occupy as soon as it is vacated. S 12/9/1893 - corner of Washington & Dyer sts.; to occupy about Jan. 1. S 12/9/93 - H. E. Sheldon leased Smithers property.
S 12-09-1893 Frank Zubrod moved to old homestead on Wheatland rd. which he bought earlier in the year.
S 12-09-1893 C. R. Krakofsky, carpet weaver, and wife, sewing, offer services in residence on Dodge st., across street from E. N. White's Boston Wool House.
S 12-16-1893 R. G. Fraser leased Dr. Cooper's residence on West st. and will occupy it the first of the year.
S 12-30-1893 Lou Smithers and family moved to Dr. Hicks residence. H. E. Sheldon moved to residence vacated by Smithers. Dr. LaHann making alterations in Sheldon residence before moving in.
