S 09-29-1894 Fred Baumeister is building a new residence on Kendall st. near John Reynolds.
S 09-29-1894 R. F. Smith started digging cellar for new residence in Weiler's addition.
S 09-29-1894 VandeSand & Salisbury have commenced the new farm residence of Edward Barrett in the southeast part of the town and Mat. Weber is finishing the painting. They also have the frame up for Henry Pregger's new residence. (VandeSand & Salisbury portion of this item cited in S 9/18/14.)
S 09-29-1894 Jacob Gill bought lot in Weiler's addition and expects to build residence.
S 10-06-1894 John Bankes started laying brick on A. F. Ransom's new residence.
S 10-06-1894 George H. Fay and family moved to residence near water tower he recently bought from Charles Harm.
S 10-06-1894 H. G. Dardis and family moved to their new residence in Perkins North Park. S 10/13/1894 - House nearly destroyed by fire; Don Dardis discovered fire at recess.
S 10-06-1894 Charles Pulver and family moved to residence Pulver recently bought, which was vacated by H. G. Dardis and family (Durgin residence on Liberty st.). S 10/27/1894 - Pulver trimmed trees and took away front fence from his property next to Theodore Riel's.

S 10-13-1894 Valentine Engel offers board in Weiler building, formerly the Western Union hotel.
F 10-17-1894 VandeSand & Salisbury awarded contract for building cottage for Mrs. Smallish, on east side of Fox river. It will be 22 x 48 feet. S 10/20/94 - Mrs. Smallish, of Milwaukee, has purchased a lot of Charles Volkman on the east side of Fox river and has employed VandeSand & Salisbury to build a house on the same this fall. The house will be 22 x 48, cottage design.
F 10-17-1894 H. Miller sold house and lot on Dodge st., occupied by his son, A. Miller, to Henry Andres. Possession next spring.
S 10-20-1894 William B. Finke and family moved to the Dr. Darling residence recently vacated by C. E. Clench. Also in F 10/24/1894.
S 10-20-1894 Joe Miller bought of E. C. Kingsley the remodeled residence on Lewis st. S 10/27/1894 - Joseph A. Miller moved in.
S 10-20-1894 Dr. J. W. Posthauer and Agnes Brehm, married Oct. 17, to live in rooms adjoining his office over Matt Cunningham's store.
S 10-20-1894 D. F. Foley and family moved from Minneapolis to Burlington.
S 10-20-1894 William Starkey building new house on his lot next to Mrs. Wilson's on Kane st.
