S 06-22-1895 Plans and specifications being drawn for Theodore Luttermann's new residence.
S 06-29-1895 Henry Rothering bought house and lot on corner of Geneva & Amanda sts. from William Krueger. Rothering will rent house out.
S 06-29-1895 C. H. Cocroft and family moved to new residence on Kendall st.
S 06-29-1895 Mathias Lenz and family moved to Richter residence on Conkey st. until they can occupy the house he bought that is occupied by Mr. Harms.
S 06-29-1895 B. D. Fort and family will reside in the Louis Kipp residence. S 7/20/1895 - Joseph A. Rueter offers the Louis Kipp residence and lot on Randolph st. for sale or rent.
F 07-03-1895 Ernest Starkey and family moved from Mrs. Norton residence on east side of Fox river to rooms over his new jewelry store in new Keuper building on Pine st.
S 07-06-1895 Dr. G. E. Newell leased Dr. Bower residence on Jefferson st. and moved in.
S 07-06-1895 S. M. Reinardy and family again moved to rooms over drug store.
S 07-06-1895 Mrs. Jacob Gill leased rooms in residence adjoining F. G. Klein's.
F 07-10-1895 VandeSand & Salisbury have been awarded the contract for building Theo. Lutterman's new residence on Conkey street. S 8/10/95 - VandeSand & Salisbury have Theo. Luttermann's new residence enclosed. (403 Conkey in 1897 Directory; 586 Conkey in 1908-09 Directory.)

S 08-03-1895 Charles Mole moved household goods to rooms on 2nd floor of barber shop.

S 08-10-1895 C. B. Drake and A. E. Spencer and families moved from Wichita, Kan., occupy Hillmann residence on Lewis st. recently vacated by Phil Lewis.
S 08-17-1895 William Starkey sold house in Perkins Park to John Keller.
S 08-17-1895 Al Kettlehut mother's residence in Perkins North Park is being finished.
