S 08-17-1895 Joseph Vos' new residence in Wheatland completed.
S 08-24-1895 J. H. Hoelz has awarded a contract to VandeSand & Salisbury for building a cottage to cost about $1,000 on one of the lots Mr. Hoelz recently purchased of J. Frank Wray. The cottage will be built on the rear lot facing the river, and is to be completed this fall. F 8/28/95 - VandeSand & Salisbury have secured the contract to build a $1,000 cottage for J. H. Hoelz on one of the lots owned by him near the Fox river bridge. S 10/5/95 - VandeSand & Salisbury have J. H. Hoelz's new cottage up and enclosed.
S 08-24-1895 Spencer Chapin moved to rooms on 2nd floor of F. Keuper building on Pine st.
S 08-24-1895 E. F. Ester and wife and Mrs. Palmer Gardner moved to J. P. Runkel residence in Perkins Park.
S 08-31-1895 For rent: Cottage on the Hill on Kane st.
S 08-31-1895 E. H. Mosher bought about 3 acres from J. C. Kies farm west of Burlington and has built cottage on same.
S 08-31-1895 Dr. G. F. Newell and wife moved to East Troy.
S 08-31-1895 G. E. Holden bought lot joining J. C. Salisbury's on the south in Perkins Park from Henry Bollow and will build a residence.
F 09-04-1895 Henry Bollow bought lot next to Christian Prasch's property on Conkey st. from Joseph Hoch. Also in S 8/31/1895.
S 09-07-1895 Front porches added to Nicholas Arnold and R. A. Baxter residences on Pine st.
S 09-14-1895 Joseph C. Salisbury and Ella Bartholf, married Sept. 11, to live in Salisbury's new residence in Perkins Park.
S 09-14-1895 Gus Hueblein / Heublein to build a new residence on his lot on Lewis st.
S 09-14-1895 Mrs. Jacob Gill building a new residence, 22 x 30 feet and 1-1/2 stories, in Weiler's addition. S 9/28/1895 - partially wrecked in storm. S 12/14/1895 - Mrs. Gill settled in new residence on Tower st.
S 09-21-1895 Herman Braun building a new residence in Weiler's addition.
S 09-21-1895 G. E. Holden building new residence in Perkins Park. S 12/7/1895 - moved to new residence.
S 09-21-1895 Mrs. F. B. Norton offers residence property on Jefferson st. for sale.
S 09-21-1895 C. W. Diener bought 2 lots on Kane st, Perkins Park, from L. J. Smith. S 10/5/1895 - C. W. Diener is building a new residence in Perkins Park. S 11/16/1895 - frame raised.
S 09-21-1895 Mrs. J. H. Bower offers to sell her house, lot, and barn on the (northeast) corner of Jefferson & West sts.
S 09-28-1895 Gus Heublein excavating for new residence south of Dr. Swan's - 2 story, 28 x 28, with 14 x 14 1 story kitchen.
S 09-28-1895 Pettibone residence offered for sale - house in good repair, large garden, barn, good cistern and well; artesian water; large, sightly lawn and fine old trees. Also good family horse.
S 09-28-1895 Bollow residence on Pine st. to be for rent after Oct. 10.
S 10-05-1895 Charles Zimmer is building a new residence on Lewis st. S 11/16/1895 - frame raised.
S 10-05-1895 Mrs. C. Bollow and family moved to new residence in Perkins Park.
S 10-05-1895 F. W. Beckmeyer moved to his new residence on Reynolds ave. Frank Grossmeier painted the house. Choak and Krueger are drilling the well.
