S 02-06-1897 Real estate of Richard Nagel estate offered for sale; if not sold, will be auctioned March 22.
S 04-20-1895 Frank Juranek has purchased lots in Perkins Park and already has a barn on them. He will build a residence at once and move his family here from Dover. VandeSand & Salisbury have the contract for the house, which will be 14x16 and 16x30 with 18-foot posts, and the kitchen 16x24 with 16-foot posts. F 4/24/95 - VandeSand & Salisbury have the contract for building a new house for Frank Juranek, of Dover, in Perkins Park. (602 Edward st. in 1897 Directory; 411 Edward st. in 1908-09 Directory.)

S 05-04-1895 F. J. Buell bought 3 lots on Kane st. of Mrs. Meinhardt and will build residence.
S 05-04-1895 VandeSand & Salisbury have had a force of men at work on T. Hartnell's house this week. Also in F 5/4/34 Years ago.
S 05-04-1895 William H. Devor building residence in Perkins Park.
S 05-04-1895 Residences under contract include Mrs. Bollow, Perkins Park, and Charles Wilcox, Conkey st. Also, an addition is being built to Casper Muegler's residence, south of Burlington.
