S 10-31-1896 John H. Uhen's new residence nearing completion.
S 10-31-1896 E. H. Mosher residence, a 1-story cottage built last year -1/2 mile from Burlington on Lyons rd., burned to ground on Oct. 27. Mosher had things packed for move to Racine. S 11/21/1896 - Mosher in dispute with purchaser of burned property, Lucasen or Luccasohn.
S 11-07-1896 Joseph A. Rueter sold one of his residences on Randolph st. to Hannah and Mary Briody.
S 11-07-1896 Jacob Zubrod and wife returned to Burlington to live.
S 11-07-1896 T. K. Cameron and family moved to Chicago.
