S 10-14-1875 Ed. D. Golt bought from John P. Mather part of sec. 30 in Burlington. Also in RA 10/9/1875.
RA 10-30-1875 Joseph Juranek bought lots 1 and 8, block 5, Burlington, from John Davis.
RA 11-06-1875 George Jones bought 13 plus acres in section 20, Burlington, from William H. Peck.
RA 11-20-1875 Mathias Beffell bought lots 1, 2, and 3, block 68, Burlington, from Frederick Keuper.
S 11-11-1875 John Russell offers for sale or rent house and lot on corner of Jefferson & Jackson (Johnson?) sts. Also house and 1 acre 1 mile northwest of Burlington on Spring Prairie road. Also in subsequent issues.
RA 12-04-1875 William B. Crawford bought 4 acres in southeast quarter of section 31, Burlington, from Pliny M. Perkins for $400. Crawford sold 4 acres to Christian Kees for $1,200.
1876 1876 Directory shows George W. Stone, blacksmith, resided on southeast corner of Chestnut and Conkey sts. and that George Loomis, of Loomis & Bro. hardware, resided on the southwest corner.

S 04-06-1876 P. H. Cunningham, 3-1/2 miles east of Burlington, disposing of property with a view of going West.
S 04-27-1876 Guardian's sale - Barns Estate: 2/3s interest (Fred and Charles) in mix of business and residential properties in original plat - Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 and strip of lot 6 in block 30 (now Wehmhoff Square); lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of block 26 (Chestnut st. between Dodge & Calumet sts. - railroad tracks and former Wisconsin Condensed Milk Co.); lot 8 in block 27 (west corner of Dodge & Washington sts.); lots 2 and 3 in block 51 (east corner of Madison st. & Perkins blvd.); lot 6 in block 52 (Pine st. near State st.); and parts of lots 2 and 3 in block 48 (east corner of Jefferson st. & Perkins blvd.).
