S 07-01-1905 John VandeSand has purchased the eighty acre farm of A. Novak in the northwest corner of the town of Burlington and will take possession of the same in December. The price paid was $90 an acre. The F. A. Schwaller Land Co. made the sale. Also in F 6/28/05.
