S 03-03-1906 John C. Yonk bought lot 1 and part of lot 9, block 2, in Storle & Williams addition from A. Zwiebel, Sr., and will build residence.
S 03-03-1906 Fred Rewald building new residence on old Sharland lot on Conkey st.
S 03-03-1906 H. F. Woeste offers lot 13, block 8, Perkins Park, for sale.
S 03-10-1906 Andrew Kayser bought lot 20, block 7, Perkins Park, from John Radeeg and will build a residence. F 3/7/06 - corner lot with eastern frontage; Kayser is first one to start ball rolling on Wilmot ave.
S 03-10-1906 Al Clark rented William cottage on Chestnut.
S 03-10-1906 Parker Fratt, mother, and sister moved to their residence in Perkins Park.
S 03-10-1906 John Radeeg bought lots 17 and 18, block 7, Perkins Park, for Land & Improvement Co.
F 03-14-1906 A. C. Schmitt building a new barn on the old Faitoute property. Also in S 3/17/06.
F 03-14-1906 Dr. W. A. Prouty's new residence on Conkey st. is about ready for occupancy. S 3/17/06 - moving in. (Dr. Wm. A. Prouty at 658 Conkey in 1908-09, 1914, 1922, and 1928 Directories.) S 3/24/06 - Dr. Prouty's office now in his new residence on Conkey st.
S 03-17-1906 Anton Zwiebel building a cottage on lot near his residence on Johnson street.
S 03-17-1906 Henry Tetzlaff bought residence he lives in from William Wheeler (Jefferson st.).
S 03-17-1906 L. Finsky building new house and barn on lot on S. Pine st. he bought from Jacob Wien.
S 03-17-1906 William Wurms bought house and lot on Geneva st. from Mrs. Elizabeth Ebbers; will move in after remodeling is completed.
S 03-17-1906 S. M. Reinardy bought lot, 4 x 8 rods, between Mrs. Klingele and Miss Scheuermann residences on Washington st. from Mrs. Klingele. Reinardy plans to build next year.
S 03-17-1906 John Fry / Frey leased Cocroft residence on Kendall st. and moved there.
S 03-17-1906 James H. Krueger family moved to Madigan residence on Kane st. vacated by Dr. Joslyn, who moved to Poynette.

S 03-17-1906 Mrs. Mary Pierce opened boarding house in Smithers house on corner of Pine & Jefferson sts.
S 03-17-1906 Mrs. Casda moved from Ebbers residence to a house of Mr. Schemmer's on Schemmer st.
S 03-17-1906 Will Chesick moved to Fred Jahnke residence; Jahnke moved to Amend farm in town of Lyons.

S 03-24-1906 George W. Taylor and wife are occupying Brainerd residence on Dyer st.
