F 11-15-1905 Miss Ellen Cleary bought John Schumacher property. S 11/11/05 - on Kendall st.
F 11-15-1905 F. Schemmer bought old Faitoute house, now owned by A. C. Schmidt / Schmitt near the old high school building (Lincoln school), and will move it off at once. F 11/22/05 - House is being moved to Schemmer's addition. (House relocation)
S 11-18-1905 Albert Prott to have auction on Breuckman farm 4 miles south of Burlington on New Munster rd.
S 11-18-1905 William Mitchell of Vienna rented Vos farm near Burlington.
S 11-18-1905 Frank Reisch moved to Schemmer cottage just finished by Joseph A. Rueter.
S 11-25-1905 Stephen Fleming and wife moved from Rochester to Burlington.
S 11-25-1905 W. C. Wilson building new 32 x 100 foot barn on his farm. S 12/2/05 - barn completed.
S 11-25-1905 James Fallon and family, of Burlington, moved to Brighton farm they bought from G. H. Shanley.
S 11-25-1905 A. P. Prasch and family moved to Cathon residence on east side of White river.

S 12-02-1905 Mr. & Mrs. William A. Konst to occupy part of the Konst residence on Amanda st.
S 12-02-1905 Henry Woeste bought lot in Perkins Park from H. Paulson.
S 12-02-1905 H. C. Kessler on Conkey st. has new barn.
S 12-02-1905 William J. Leach and family moved from Grayslake to Zielke residence opposite the electric plant.
S 12-02-1905 N. O. Levoy and family moved to Alabama.
S 12-02-1905 William Teut and Mary Charlotte Reed, married Nov. 30, to live in new residence built for them on the north side of the millpond.
S 12-09-1905 O. O. Storle and family moved to Washington. A. Novak and family moved to Storle residence, which Novak recently bought.
S 12-16-1905 Leonard Pfanzella / Pfanzelter bought August German (Germann) place near St. Paul depot. Also in F 12/20/05 - John P. Runkel sold "August Germann" property on McHenry st. to L. Pfanselter / Pfanzelter.
S 12-23-1905 Anthony Novak and family have moved from the farm to the Storle home he recently purchased. John VandeSand is getting ready to move to the Novak farm, which he recently purchased. Herman Vohs will move to the Crawford farm when Mr. VandeSand leaves. Mr. Carpenter to move to Vohs farm, from Fred Krakofsky farm. Also in F 12/27/05.
S 12-23-1905 William Ceich, of Bloomfield, rented John Pieters farm on town line.
S 12-23-1905 Will Chesick and wife moved from Rochester to Burlington.
S 12-23-1905 Ben Holmes' new residence enclosed and roof is on.
S 12-23-1905 House for rent on corner of Pine & Mill sts.; inquire at F. G. Klein & Co.
F 12-27-1905 Matt Miller bought John Fields residence in Schemmer's addition. Also in S 12/30/05. (Matt Miller at 465 Schemmer in 1908-09 Directory.)
F 01-03-1906 Fred McLaughlin sold to Frank Albrecht the lot on Jefferson st., part of what was known as the old Dr. Bower property - frontage of 64 feet. Albrecht to build a new residence. Also in S 1/6/06. F 3/28/06 and S 3/31/06 - Albrecht started excavating. (Frank Albrecht at 532 Jefferson in 1908-09 Directory.) (Note: This became the Library parking lot property.)
