F 01-03-1906 Nic Weiler sold 6 lots on Tower st. in Weiler's addition to Henry Dreesman. Lots are south of the Mrs. J. Gill residence. Also in S 12/30/05.
S 01-06-1906 Matt Smith leased one of W. H. Bushman's residences and will move in. Smith has been on Mrs. Cook farm just west of Burlington for past year.
S 01-06-1906 Charles Hoffman leased George McDonald residence on N. Chestnut st., recently vacated by N. O. Levoy, and will move in. S 2/3/06 - Hoffmann to move; will have auction on old Raleigh farm 4 miles northwest of Burlington.
F 01-10-1906 Martha Leach bought lot 16, block 6, Perkins Park; will build new residence. S 1/13/06 - bought from Burlington Land & Investment Co. (Martha Leach at 391 Perkins in 1908-09 Directory.)

F 01-10-1906 Herman Vohs moved to Crawford farm vacated by John Vande Sand / VandeSand.

S 01-13-1906 Theodore H. Richter and Rosa Spieker, married Jan. 10, to live on Mrs. P. Murphy farm.
S 01-13-1906 James H. Boyle and Mamie Welch, married Jan. 10, to live on Boyle farm in town of Burlington.
S 01-20-1906 Paul G. Koch / Cook and Minnie Johnson, married Jan. 10, to live in rooms in J. E. Bartholf residence on Washington st.
F 01-24-1906 George W. Waller bought the A. P. Coombs residence on Lewis st. The Wallers have been living there for a number of years. Also in S 1/27/06. (See 10/22/02 entry.) (Waller at 713 Lewis in 1908-09 Directory.)
F 01-24-1906 Henry Plucker sold property in Perkins Park to Parker Fratt. Possession March 1. Also in S 1/20/06. S 2/24/06 - Plucker moved to Waterford - mentioned twice.
F 01-24-1906 Andrew Kayser moved to Gust Vohs house in Perkins Park.
F 01-24-1906 John Trimberger, now on the Amend farm west of Burlington, will move to the Hegeman farm south of Burlington. S 1/27/06 - Joseph Trimberger.

S 01-27-1906 Schwaller advertises 230 acre farm near Burlington for sale; 8 room 2 story brick veneered house and 4 room stone tenant house; Fox river and lake border part of farm.
S 02-03-1906 Hugo Raettig and wife moved to Milwaukee.
F 02-07-1906 Mrs. Mary Pierce rented Smithers house on the corner of Pine & Jefferson sts. and will conduct it as a boarding house. Also in S 2/10/06 - Smithers to move to adjoining residence to be vacated by Dr. F. F. Newell.
F 02-07-1906 Dr. F. F. Newell rented house on N. Chestnut st. vacated by William T. Riel. Also in S 2/10/06.
S 02-10-1906 F. G. Klein bought 2 lots in Perkins Park from Burlington Land & Improvement Co.
S 02-10-1906 Theodore Willich on Joseph Jacobs farm 6 miles south of Burlington and 2 miles north of Wheatland to quit farming and have auction.
S 02-17-1906 L. Finsky bought lot 11, block 2, Perkins North Park, from Jacob Wien.
S 02-17-1906 Fred Strohm rented Fred Krakofsky for 5 years and will move March 1. S 2/24/06 - moved.
S 02-17-1906 Frank Griebel to have William Hoppe build new residence on farm east of Burlington.
