S 05-06-1905 Dr. Frank F. Newell leased Smithers residence on Jefferson st. vacated by Dr. E. B. Taylor and family. Newell will move office and family there. S 5/27/05 - Newells getting settled.
S 05-06-1905 6 lower rooms of Mrs. Schumacher brick residence on Kendall st. for rent.
F 05-10-1905 Ed Barry bought 3 lots belonging to the Williams estate on Storle ave. Also in S 5/6/05.
F 05-10-1905 Theodore Hegeman sold 120 acre farm in town of Rochester to son, John. Also in S 5/6/05.
S 05-13-1905 George May bought lot on northeast corner of Chestnut & Kendall sts. from Henry Plate; will build residence on lot next year.

The Museum, History Research Library, and Pioneer Log Cabin are open Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm or by appointment. Please email to arrange an appointment.

Whitman School is open by appointment or for special events.
