S 09-30-1905 H. W. Lawton bought Finucane residence on north side of millpond.
S 09-10-1904 Dr. & Mrs. Frank F. Newell moved to Chicago.
S 09-10-1904 Joseph Voelkering bought Kies / Chris Kees place of 16 acres, just west of Burlington, from W. F. Worth. Worth and family to move to Oklahoma.S 11/5/04 - to move to Oklahoma about Nov. 15.
S 09-17-1904 Henry Oldenburg bought John Stacker, Sr., property on corner of Jefferson & Calumet sts. from John C. Stacker / Staecker; possession at once. Also in F 9/21/04.
S 09-17-1904 John Karcher building addition to residence.
S 09-17-1904 Oliver Mathews and family moved to Silver Lake.
S 09-17-1904 G. F. Featherstone and family and W. J. Knight and family returned to Chicago from summer homes at Brown's lake. S 9/24/04 - T. E. Miller and family returned to Chicago from Brown's lake.

S 09-24-1904 Mrs. William A. Colby again occupying her residence on Pine st. vacated by James Thomas.
S 09-24-1904 F. Xavier Wolf bought Mrs. Joseph Klein residence in lot 1, Schemmer's addition. S 10/1/04 - Mrs. Joseph Klein (nee Louisa Pikes) and family moved to Racine.

S 09-24-1904 L. J. Smith bought lots 16 and 17, block 3, Perkins Park, from Burlington Land & Improvement Co.
S 09-24-1904 Joseph Voelkering bought 15 acres in section 31 from W. F. Worth.
S 09-24-1904 William Hoppe is building a new residence in Perkins North Park - a cottage on the lot next to the corner (of Edward st. & Chandler blvd.); he intends to put up a modern house on the corner in the future.
S 09-24-1904 Louise Wentker bought lot 16, block 5, Perkins Park from C. G. Foltz.
S 09-24-1904 John Teut and family moved to Mrs. Zielke residence on north side of White river.
S 09-24-1904 Fred Krakofsky and family to move to Berger residence in Perkins Park vacated by John Teut.
F 09-28-1904 John Radeeg bought William F. Albrecht property in Perkins Park. S 9/24/04 - Radeeg bought lot 8, block 2, from Albrecht; possession next March. Albrecht to build new residence. Radeeg also bought lot 7, block 2, Perkins Park, from F. Reuschlein.
S 10-01-1904 C. E. Reed putting up a chicken house on his ranch.
S 10-01-1904 William Riel leased new Rewald residence on N. Chestnut st. S 10/8/04 - Barn built on rear of lot on which new Rewald residence is located. F 10/12/04 - William Riel and wife to move to new Rewald residence on Chestnut st.
S 10-01-1904 Carl Schulz started addition to his residence on Jefferson st. William Schulz and family to occupy residence with his parents when addition is completed.
