S 10-01-1904 Mrs. Fred Keuper bought lot owned by J. M. Christien in Briody's addition. Will build residence on lot and rent out her present residence. S 12/10/04 - William F. Rothering and men are rushing work on Mrs. F. Keuper's residence in Briody's addition.
S 10-01-1904 Joe Rittmann to move family to rooms over saloon when they are vacated by E. L. Newbury.
F 10-05-1904 Frank Huebner bought the Mrs. Grossmeier property on Geneva st. Also in S 10/1/04.
F 10-05-1904 George W. Fratt to build new residence in Perkins Park. S 12/10/04 - frame up.
F 10-05-1904 Ollie Kettelhut and wife occupy Mrs. W. A. Colby's residence on Pine st. Mrs. Kettelhut's father, A. F. Clark, will reside with them. S 10/8/04 - Kettelhut leased Colby residence.

The Museum, History Research Library, and Pioneer Log Cabin are open Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm or by appointment. Please email to arrange an appointment.
